Joanne from Paper Lens is loving her new Primed Lifestyle: “I never felt healthier, happier and content with what I eat.”

I loved representing Apotheca Integrated Pharmacy and presenting at the Hunt & Gather Grandparents’ Day event.

What inspired me to catch the hot MRT from Ortigas to Glorietta instead of relaxing at home with my family? It was my passion to help Filipinos to live better, longer lives.

I KNOW Primed works (thousands worldwide know too) and want to share it with everyone so we can all be healthier and happier. Well, Joanne was working that day so could not really listen intently. However, after recording the show she listened, learned, implemented and improved her life and that of her family. That is why I love my job.

From Joanne Fugoso-Pajarillo:

“When you’re excited to watch what you’ve edited. 🙂

Reply from Chad: “Thank you for returning the favor and inspiring me even further.

From Joanne Fugoso-Pajarillo:

“Hi Chad! I’m Joanne from Paper Lens. I recorded your talk at Hunt & Gather’s Grandparent’s event at Glorietta. I just want to thank you. One week before the event, I questioned my consumer practices- especially on food.

Since I was also shooting the highlights during your talk, I wasn’t able to listen to you the entire time. But my husband told me that you delivered nothing but real talk. 🙂 And he shared some of your tips.

I was very eager to listen to what you had to say. So right after finishing the exports of all my talks, I watched yours. And I’d like to say that just three days after I ditched rice, bread, pasta and noodles and ate real food, I never felt healthier, happier and content with what I eat.

Immediately (although not visually pa) I felt so much lighterit was easier to move, easier to work, easier to negotiate with my 3 year old daughter. I feel stronger.

I didn’t have my usual back pains and head aches and other body aches.

I thought before that it was natural to feel weaker.

Salamat, Chad. It was really helpful.”

Danny is Rocking his Primed Life. You can too.

From my Primed mate Danny:

“”I wanted to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU for all your help.”

Danny Apiras

“Reading your blog and FB updates made me conscious of my nutrition (I call it nutrition now rather than food 😊).

I feel much better now, more focus and less lethargic.

Giving up rice, bread, soda and junk food made a major reversal in my health. Although I occasionally still eat a bit of rice and bread, replacing them mostly with eggs, vegetables, fruits, apple cider vinegar, kombucha, coconut water and Primed Organic VCO gave me more energy and improved my immune system.”

Danny half-Ironman 1

“A stronger body made it possible for me to train smarter and this led to my dream of finishing a 70.3 Half-Ironman. You are indeed a blessing and I hope you keep inspiring others with your work.”  💪😊

Danny half-Ironman

Danny rocks because he supports Primed for your Life and Davao farmers by buying the best VCO on the market. That is Primed Centrifuged Organic VCO. Thanks Danny.

Danny VCO

Zudles with Roast Chicken and Vegetables

Primed Roast chicken is a dish we enjoy weekly in our household. It is filling, nutritious and delicious. We usually roast 2 chickens at a time and then use the left overs for school lunch box items and then the bones for Primed Bone Broth.

After having the roast chicken for Saturday dinner I easily made Zudles with left overs for our poolside garden lunch on Sunday.

Zudles, Broccoli & Spinach with Bagna Caude Sauce

Zudles rock. Thanks to Via for the cool name. Zudles is a far cooler way than saying Zoodles.

You just need a knife to slices your zucchini into thin strips or use this kitchen helper to do the job easily and quickly.

Primed Dr. Annabelle Nutrient Loaded Green Smoothie

I am inspired, excited and delighted. Dr. Annabelle is rocking it.

Yes, there are improvements to be made but wonderful results are eye-popingly obvious.

I personally noticed the following:

  • Looks at least 10 to 15 years younger;
  • Glowing skin;
  • More vibrancy in her eyes and demeanor; and
  • Confidence in the Primed program and knows her next steps for continued improvements.

Dr. Annabelle said:

  • A lot more energy;
  • Improved sleep;
  • Less aches and pains;
  • Constant blood sugar levels of less than 100 (means less inflammation);
  • Happier with peace of mind regarding her nutrition;
  • No rice at all but needs to totally eliminate grains which she finds addictive;
  • People are noticing her increased zest for life;
  • People commenting that she looks very healthy; and
  • Her memory is improving. Wow. That’s huge.
  • Oh, also building her immune system to better fight disease and illness.

I am dedicating this Primed Annabelle Green Smoothie to Annabelle. She ROCKS.
