Nurse Tom’s abs will be out soon!!!!

Nurse Tom from NEH Philippines has has dropped more than 3 kilos already by avoiding fake foods and drinks. Of more importance is that he looks and feels great. Tom is living his life with more zest and energy. Yippie.

Tom has cut back on his rice (is actually sugar in your body) and is eating more greens. Cool. By eating more nutritiously (and deliciously) Tom has more energy for work and play. With more energy Tom can enjoy great activities like trail walking.

“Hi Chad!

Below are bullet points of my Primed Lifestyle journey.
If I remember it correctly it was the 14th of April when you visited us at Malandag, Sarangani and introduced us to the Primed lifestyle. I weighed about 9.5kgs/21 lbs heavier back then.

-The first two weeks were challenging as my body was just starting to get used very minimal carbohydrate and sugar intake. I felt tired most of the time and had little energy.
-As soon as I got to adjust with my new eating habits, I was able to totally get rid of sugar and bad carbos (bread, pasta & noodles) in my diet. I felt more energized and there was mental clarity.

Primed Avril Mariano is Rocking Iligan

Pounds lost is irrelevant to confidence, energy and mental clarity gained. Avril is not exercising more nor eating less. Avril is eating more nutritiously and more deliciously! Six pounds have already disappeared in 20 days.

Primed Richard is Going to Spend his Extra Energy Learning How to Cook. Cool.

I really, really like driver Richard. He is an excellent driver.

Maybe one day he will be Chef Richard.

Richard has already lost 6 kilos since going Primed 21 days ago. Wow.

Richard’s wife is super happy as they are spending less money on food because they got rid of buying crappy hotdogs and sugar loaded Milo in favor of eggs and green veg.

We are now healthier and stronger. Before we were Primed we usually gain weight after a long race, most specially if its more than 21km. We often eat a lot after each and every race have joined. In 2014 and 2015 were able to join races almost every month thus it helped in a way in burning the food that we have eaten. Until the we started to follow primed on the 4th week of October 2015. Since then we have never looked back.”

Zudles with Roast Chicken and Vegetables

Primed Roast chicken is a dish we enjoy weekly in our household. It is filling, nutritious and delicious. We usually roast 2 chickens at a time and then use the left overs for school lunch box items and then the bones for Primed Bone Broth.

After having the roast chicken for Saturday dinner I easily made Zudles with left overs for our poolside garden lunch on Sunday.
