Primed Kinilaw with Salted Duck Eggs and Goat’s Cheese Salad

I love salted duck eggs. I love Goats cheese.

I also love Primed Vegetable Kinilaw.

So, why not mix them all and make a Super Primed Kinilaw Salad.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped onion, garlic and ginger
  • Cut cucumber, tomato, sliced radish and capsicum/peppers
  • Optional pomelo, dragon fruit, ampalaya, boiled okra, whatever is fresh and seasonal and can be pickled (could even add finely sliced carrots)
  • Add olive oil (the more the merrier), apple cider vinegar (the more the merrier) and lemon/calamansi juice
  • Can even add leafy greens and herbs
  • Salted duck eggs (or normal quality eggs -the best you can afford)
  • Goats cheese or your favorite cheese with cheddar also tasting good
  • You can even add kimchi if you like extra spice in your life
  • Sardines in olive oil or anchovies would also rock this dish

Method:

  • Simply mix your Veg Kinilaw and store in the fridge
  • Can last month as it matures and pickles (yummy and good for your tummy)
  • Add your Veg Kinilaw to your salted duck eggs (can just be boiled eggs)

As promised, I gathered all feedback from the team re being primed since the Primed seminar last Friday November 11th.  Have a read.
Apo – No major difference yet in my body but I don’t get hungry that quickly. From Chad – this is critical and a huge change. Hunger is a bad sign. lack of hunger is a great sign. If you eat properly and at the right times why would you be hangry?
Anne – Feeling lighter and more active.  I am more awake at mornings and sleeping better.  Also, I can now wear my old pants. Yay!
From Chad – A better sleep means a better life. Sleep is crucial critical and very important. Haha.

    Sol now eats real food like Primed Filipino Veggie Kinilaw. I added Davao pomelo & okra. Also radish, ampalaya, onion, garlic, ginger, cucumber, tomato, acv, olive oil and lemon juice. It is going to be epic.  I made a huge batch that can last in my fridge for 3 weeks easily. Will add boiled eggs and sardines when breaking my 24 hour fast tomorrow. 3. Tried the Primed protocol technique you suggested to avoid alcohol

and been sober since that email in spite attending several gatherings that includes a LOT of alcohol! It was tough but I feel good since after several hours I was the only one sane during those gathering with friends:-P. Hopefully, I can continue this. Thanks.

This is easily my favorite restaurant in Iligan City. Actually, my favorite in the whole of Mindanao.

The Ambiance

Love the full glass windows, mirrors and square tables where all people can talk easily to each other.

There is even a beautiful outdoor dining area. this is where the doctors were for a meeting and then my Primed Seminar which they enjoyed. They also loved the Primed Mariano Spaghetti Squash.

Avril Mariano is a charismatic and wonderful host. With an in-depth background in hospitality at places such as Makati Shangri-La I was not surprised that Avril’s staff were well-trained, profession and super friendly.

The people of Iligan City are very friendly. They are going Primed too and will be healtheir and happier. They will live longer, better lives.

The picture above is of some of the best pediatricians in the City. They are great docs with open-minds and were extremely receptive to the Primed lifestyle and protocols. They “got it” and are even applying the principles in their practices already.

Nurse Tom from NEH Philippines has has dropped more than 3 kilos already by avoiding fake foods and drinks. Of more importance is that he looks and feels great. Tom is living his life with more zest and energy. Yippie.

Primed Jen Has No More Headaches or Dysmenorrhea. She Has More Energy & Confidence.

Once Primed you lose quite a few things. Examples include:

  • lethargy;
  • headaches;
  • dysmenorrhea;
  • insomnia;
  • hunger;
  • medications; and
  • forgetfulness!

Once Primed you gain a lot. Examples include:

  • Energy;
  • Mental clarity;
  • Skin quality;

Jen was suffering from headaches, poor sleep, poor skin, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), lack of confidence, lack of energy and lack of a positive outlook.

In summary, Jen was not looking great and she was not feeling great either.

So, what changed?

These things changed in Jen’s life:

  1. She decided that she was sick of being sick and tired of being tired;
  2. Jen has tremendous support from her super cool Primed bosses Johan and Jequi;Johan and Jequi
  3. Jen had a wellness coach who really cares for her well-being and continually reminder her that she could improve her life. Oh, he also knows the right way to improve your life (shameless plug); Jen 1
  4. Jen then changed her habits;
  5. Jen ate more eggs, Filipino vegetables, cheese, coconut products and other real food;

  6. Jen ditched these carbage things (cannot call it food unfortunately);
  7. Jen’s brain improved by eating real food and she no longer craved carbage disease like agents that were clearly harming her body and brain;
  8. Once Jen got over her sugar addiction she craved even more proper food;
  9. Once Jen looked and felt better then she really knew that most of what we have been told is total bs. Myths like avoiding the sun are incorrect. Primed Maiko and Dane are Doing Themselves Proud. That is a huge accomplishment. :)

Here’s what I posted to facebook the day Maiko and Dane committed to going Primed:

“Yippie. Another family is going Primed. Maiko Kanahashi Romley and Dane will be more vibrant & energetic. The Primed Lifestyle is a lot more than just food.

Food is vital but just one fourth of an optimal, Primed life. Maiko and Dane now know and I’ll ensure successful implementation of the Primed protocols. So glad another one of my former Enderun students is going Primed like Pinky PugaKevin Jingco and Jericho Farineau. That’s cool. 🙂

So, how’s it turning out for this fabulous Primed couple so far?

  • 27 pounds have disappeared between them. Wow. That is a lot. imagine lugging all those extra pounds around?;
  • Maiko has dropped 2 (almost 3) dress sizes;
  • Dane has dropped 3 dress sizes (joking!);
  • Dane is now fitting into his old shirts that he could not fit into before;
  • Dane and Maiko had to buy new cloths because the old ones were too big (no need for those bad boys any more because the Primed Lifestyle allows you to keep the excess weight off long term);
  • They could afford new cloths because they are saving money on their grocery bills every week (no need to buy brain and body destroying carbage –but don’t tell big food, big pharma, the hospital etc. because it will affect their profits!);
  • They both have a lot more energy to enjoy life;
  • They have more positive habits like walking, cooking, yoga, spin classes, massages etc.

  • They feel less hungry, only eat when hungry and will try regular intelligent fasting to see if it suits them (please do not try this if you are a sugar burner who is by definition Overfed & Undernourished);
  • Are not exercising themselves into the ground but simply using their extra energy for pursuits they enjoy;

  • They have more focus at work and therefore are more productive and accomplish more (this is why smart companies are going Primed);
  • Have more confidence and a brighter outlook for their wonderful future.
