“Hi Chad!

Below are bullet points of my Primed Lifestyle journey.
If I remember it correctly it was the 14th of April when you visited us at Malandag, Sarangani and introduced us to the Primed lifestyle. I weighed about 9.5kgs/21 lbs heavier back then.
NEH farmers
-The first two weeks were challenging as my body was just starting to get used very minimal carbohydrate and sugar intake. I felt tired most of the time and had little energy.
-As soon as I got to adjust with my new eating habits, I was able to totally get rid of sugar and bad carbos (bread, pasta & noodles) in my diet. I felt more energized and there was mental clarity.

  1. Eat a Great Breakfast like 5 organic virgin coconut oil fried eggs, a side of kimchi, some sardines in olive oil and a black coffee or tea. Would you be hungry after eating this Primed breakfast? How do you feel when you eat sugar food like pandesal, pancit, breakfast cereal etc.? It does fill you up and satisfy you. Eat quality nutrition and you will be more satisfied and not make yourself hungry. My record for eating eggs is 20. My cholesterol is excellent.

2. Plan Ahead and bring some bananas, nuts, cans of sardines etc. with you when travelling. So, you are less hungry from a huge breakfast but if you do get hungry you have some healthy supplies. It is easy when you think ahead.

6 Reasons to Avoid Toxic Vegetable Oils – Part 2

2. Lopsided Omega-6 to Omega-3 Ratios

We all know how important it is to reduce inflammation.

One way is to consume fats that are considered high in omega-3s (O3) rather than high doses of omega-6s (O6) because O3s have the unique ability to calm the flames of systemic inflammation. But that’s not the whole story.

What matters most is our ratio of O3 fats to O6 fats. The optimal ratio is 1 to 1. Many Americans — due to the overconsumption of O6 fats — are hovering around the 30:1 mark.

Veg oil is bad for you

Vegetable and seed oils are mostly comprised of O6 fats. Even Canola Oil, which is touted as “heart healthy” and “packed with O3 fats” is a poor choice because the O3 fats in Canola Oil are typically rancid by the time you consume them.
