(1). Get a Wellness Coach to guide you with respect to what toxic foods to avoid and what fabulous foods you can enjoy. I teach you the why and the how to;
(2) Start drinking more water. Especially first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Not with your meals though. Allows your digestive processes to work more easily;
(3) Once your food is more nutrient dense you will have more energy. Use this energy to stand more, walk more often (especially post meal) and to start a fun activity like using weights;
(4) Get quality sunshine on your skin daily where possible;
(5) Prioritize quality sleep.
