Enderun Colleges Alumni Rocking the Primed Lifestyle: Gabs Lost 7kgs in 3 Weeks

I loved teaching at Enderun Colleges. I loved my now Primed colleagues like Udo and Martha (and Kenny, Calvin and Laura too).

Martha and Udo

I loved all the students and trying to help them know how to live a better life. I wish I knew what I know now then (my Dad would still be alive if I did). I would have taught the Primed Lifestyle of course. However, it is never too late and I am so very proud so many of my former students are going Primed. Here’s a quick snap shot of a few of them:

Gabrielle Gandriaux Zarei – “Hey chad just wanted to say i have tried some of your Primed recipes and have lost 7 kgs so far. Lots of love from nz gab xx”

Gabs

Chad Davis -“Way to go Gabrielle Gandriaux Zarei. I bet you have more energy, better mental functioning, are less hungry and mysterious ailments are going away. Proud of you. Maintain and improve. Get the sun buddy. Thanks again for introducing me to the Hilltop Hoods on the day we traveled to help the children at Smokey Mountain.. 🙂

Dane and Maiko Lost 20 Pounds Combined in a Month. Here’s How:

Dane and Maiko are loving their Primed Lifestyle.

The 20 pounds lost is totally irrelevant compared to energy gained, mental cognition improved, positive outlook enhanced, better immune system functioning, lower blood sugar levels (becoming fat burning beasts) and a lot of other positive health outcomes already. They are now fighting disease through optimal lifestyle habits (including food) and no longer FEEDING it.

Dane and Maiko2

Maiko (Dane’s wife) is an Enderun Colleges graduate (where I was one of her teachers) and she makes the most beautiful lunch boxes I have ever seen. But not this one (this one is guaranteed to make you sick, THEN fat!):

Dane lunch boxes

Now Dane and Maiko are Primed they do not eat grains (they are the seeds of grasses poisoned with Round Up before harvesting), sugar, sugar juices, sugarade etc., GMO soy, toxic veg oil (actually from seeds), white potatoes (too much sugar and generally GMO) and no packet carbage where they dump all of the above in because it is cheap.

The Best Lunch Box Real food Ideas here:

Primed Korean Quiche with Kimchi and Duo of Seaweed

I personally love Korean food, and the people too. I have been several times with Enderun Colleges, went to the wedding of our friends Suzanne and Jason Koh and always seek out the best Korean shops where ever I live and visit on holiday. Having just moved to Pasig I am glad we have some cool Korean shops near us.

I met Russel at our local Korean shop late in 2015 and was delighted to learn he lost almost 6 pounds in 3 months when I saw him again in early 2016. Russel told me he followed the friendly Primed advise I gave to him and his colleagues that evening in 2015 as I bought some kimchi and soju. Russel said he also has a lot more energy and is less hungry having gone Primed. Cool.

In Honor of My Korean Friends Worldwide Here’s Primed Korean Quiche

Shout out to OnYoo, Butler (Kyle Shin), Jason Koh, Bori Kang, Tinsa (technically Vietnamese), Mandy Park, Anna Lee, Soojin, Boram Kim, Grace Lee, Glenn Kim, Winnie Kang, Caleb Han, Jinny Choi, Samuel Ham, Jane Moon and all my other friends.
