I hope you’re well. We talk among ourselves about what we’re feeling and I’m glad to say it’s mostly, if not all, positive.
I’ve stopped eating bread, rice and the other carbs you mentioned, and sugar. I’ve upped my intake of water, eggs and seafood.
Luckily I’ve loved sardines and tuyo ever since I can remember, so eating more of it isn’t hard.
Our helper now knows how to make cauliflower rice which is handy if we ever miss the texture of rice.
I notice that I’m not sluggish anymore in the morning and that I’m waking up earlier than usual. I don’t feel hungry, in fact I feel full most of the time.
The Primed Lifestyle is about eating great food in a great atmosphere. Also with a great state of mind full of positivity and gratitude.
One of my favorite foods is seaweed. Also sardines, kimchi, eggs and cheese. Here’s a super delicious and nutritious Primed recipe great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Once Primed I teach you and your helpers these great recipes (and menu plans) as well as all the environmental factors impacting your longevity and happiness.
For his company “Biggest Loser” contest (should be called biggest health winner) Alex lost 22 pounds the conventional way over 8 months.
Then, upon listening to his daughter Krystel (who I taught at Enderun Colleges) tell him about Primed he followed the food principles (there is a lot more meat on the bone than just food for great health) and LOST AN AMAZING 33 plus pounds in 3 weeks before weight in.
From Alex:
“Hi Chad,
Thanks for meeting the family of my daughter’s hubby and us, her family.
Your Primed for Your Life was introduced to me by Krystel on September 6, 2016,
that is barely more than 3 weeks before the scheduled weigh-in date.
H – Have not eaten enough quality nutrients despite “loading” myself with “food”
U – Undernourished despite being overfed
N – Nutrient deprivation affects your bodies ability to repair itself = poor immunity
G – Grumpy person always searching for more food due to being HANGRY!
E – Energy deprived due to lack of quality energy from your food and constant digestion
R – Really not maximizing your potential in life due to poor food choices. Really not mindful due to always being hungry. Really supporting companies and institutions that do not care if you are sick and/or prefer you to be sick.
I read a really bad article in the newspaper recently by some Australian “fitness guru”. Here are 3 of his points in black and my reply in red. Please email me at chad.davis.1@gmail.com if you would like the full article.
Some of his 20 points were excellent though such as prioritize sleep and eat more vegetables. He also said not to trust all fitness gurus. Cool. Agreed. This is why I call it Primed foryourLife.
I help you to be healthier and happier in the context of your current health, goals and life environment.
I have picked 3 of this Aussie “Fitness Gurus” points that I disagree with. Happy to get your feedback/comments.
1) Enter an event.
Crossing the finish line is a fun accomplishment. Australia is loaded with 5km fun walks, 100km charity hikes, and (half to full) marathons. There’s something for every age and fitness level this time of year.
Nah, just walk more, move more and find an activity you really love. If that is running then all is cool. Do it, but never fueled with garbage food and drinks and never at the expense of sleep. To do that is not healthy.
I love running and my Soleus running team buddies. However, the main benefit of a race is the: (a) social interaction;
(b) the sunshine effects for Vitamin D on my skin
and; (c) to take your mind of life’s worries. I never fuel my running with junk food like bread, pasta, noodles, crackers, toxic veg oil, sugarade, soy, sugar, low fat anything and processed carbage.
Do not run too much, too fast or too often as you will learn by watching this video.
It was just 3 months ago that I first met the great staff of NEH Philippines in Davao.
Since then they have adapted to the Primed lifestyle with some stunning results. Besides over 500 kilos lost from 100 people surveyed thus far (including 2 under-weight staff adding a kilo each) they have reversedasthma, lethargy, hypertension, bad skin, headaches, period pain and a lot more.
Primed Roast chicken is a dish we enjoy weekly in our household. It is filling, nutritious and delicious. We usually roast 2 chickens at a time and then use the left overs for school lunch box items and then the bones for Primed Bone Broth.
After having the roast chicken for Saturday dinner I easily made Zudles with left overs for our poolside garden lunch on Sunday.
We all want happiness for ourselves and our families. Good health is essential for happiness and is affected by many components.

2. Positive emotions make people more successful
“When one door of happiness closes, another opens but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.” – Helen Keller
