I Love Primed Twins Anastazcia and Danah Gutierrez

I always love catching up with these cool and crazy Primed sisters!

  • They are thriving with their Primed Lifestyle with extra energy and better sleep. That’s a BIG tick after just a week. Both look healthier already.

Was so happy with them I bought them some 72% dark chocolate from Bacchus. For next week I have a challenge for them and only 1 will get the chocolate. Haha.

Ferdie went Primed in December last year and has since lost 20 pounds and GAINED a lot of energy.

“Hi mate!
The challenge right now is what to do with the extra energy… so much to do with more energy but with very limited time.” 😊

Brain Health Habits Friday with Primed Recipe of Laing and Tuyo Combo

Nourish Your Mind:

Yes, your mind needs the right fuel and needs your body to be hydrated, but your mind needs more than that to flourish. Really nourish your mind and soul by donating your time or money to helping others. Or it can even be as simple as REALLY listening to your loved ones properly, smiling more and seeking ways to help those around you in simple ways.

I personally try and perform Acts of Random Acts of Kindness whenever and wherever possible.

Primed Egg Stack of Wilted Greens, Buttered Mushrooms and Olive Tapenade

We loved our Roma holiday and I found it easy to stay Primed. By planning ahead and having accommodation with a kitchen it allowed us to prepare our own Primed food.

We did a lot of walking around Roma and always ensured we had a satiating, nutritious breakfast before we head out.

Here’s an example.

Ingredients:

– assorted greens

– butter

– mushrooms

– eggs (preferably free-range)

– sea salt and pepper

Primed Daikon Rice and Squash Rice

Here are two easy and beautiful recipes to substitute for your rice.

Rice is not one of the ingredients that is part of my Primed Lifestyle. I am seeking to eat more quality proteins, fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts, seeds and healthy oils.

Rice was quiet easy for me to stop eating as back in France the only rice that we are eating is more as a cold salad during summer. Rice in France is not like here Philippines, where it is important during a meal, which is why it is so difficult for a Filipino to cut down and totally stop eating.

That is why I came out with these two recipes using daikon radish and squash. Daikon is a very good vegetable used in Japanese and Korean cuisine, is only more or less P 60 per kg, is easy to peel and with this recipe, easy to prepare. The squash is very good as well.

A vos fourneaux (Get cooking)!
