My cool Primed friend Ferdie Agustin is the owner, chef and entertainer at Hai Chix & Steaks in Ortigas.
Ferdie went Primed in December last year and has since lost 20 pounds and GAINED a lot of energy.

Ferdie and I met because I was his teacher at Enderun Colleges. Other Primed Enderun alumni include Pinky, Joan, Jericho, Kevin, Gabby and a lot more.
