Rosette has a better brain and body. Cool.

Rosette said this is her best body shape for 20 years. Wow.

I received a text (0929-421-2148) from Jay DS at 1pm yesterday. By 2:30pm Jay was Primed. By 4pm Jay’s life had already improved and will keep improving. Jay rocks and will make the rest of his life the best of his life. His Mum too.

“Hi Chad:
Reporting our developments of being primed for a month!

“ R“ for a month (famous clients so cannot disclose who because they asked me not to):

1. he has not eaten any CARBAGE because he knows it’s not good for him.
2. he has lost 15 lbs! WOW!
3. and lost a few cm. off his waistline. another WOW!
4. his snoring is down to signal no.1 from signal no. 4 haha what a relief 🙂
5. his blood sugar lowest at 138 but we are still working on it. it’s a lot of improvement as compared to highest at 243 before primed.
6. he does not feel hungry.
7. he has lots of energy.
8. he is not sleep deprived.
9. happily shopping for clothes kept in the cabinet for a long time, now he can fit into his “5 years ago” clothes. 🙂
oh Chad i forgot to add:
10. BMI from Class 1 Obese he is now Overweight

Revelyn told me that she tried to become pregnant for many, many years.

Then, 2 months after my Primed seminar at The Wholesome Table Salcedo Village Revelyn became pregnant. Yippie.

Revelyn made simple changes like more eggs, no bread etc. and more sun.

Mother’s milk is 50% fat (our brain is 65%) and babies need the sun and sleep to build their immune system and brains.

Lexie went Primed because Mayen rocks.

Mayen went Primed at The Wholesome Table Estancia and started improving her life (and that of her loved ones) from that day on. It is still a journey of learning and improving every day. That is fun. Mayen and I were colleagues at Enderun Colleges.
