I was so happy to catch up with Primed Gen today. Auntie Aleta rocks big time and together with Nia they are all thriving.

Gen told me she feels better, more energetic and stronger now. Her skin, eyes and vibrancy have visibly improved since I saw her 2 weeks ago.

Youngsters Nia and Gen are rocking it because their Mum / guardian is fabulous. We must help ourselves first to then really impact and help the ONES WE LOVE.

Primed Lexie is a Wonder Girl. Lexie is THRIVING. Lexie ROCKS.

Lexie went Primed because Mayen rocks.

Mayen went Primed at The Wholesome Table Estancia and started improving her life (and that of her loved ones) from that day on. It is still a journey of learning and improving every day. That is fun. Mayen and I were colleagues at Enderun Colleges.

Mayen has more energy and has seen significant health improvements since going Primed.

A cool way to do this is by eating more eggs and green vegetables as this then crowds out the cheap carbage.

I teach you how sugar harms you. There is no doubt about it. The sugar spikes and crashes hurts your body and brain. It could also lead you to become overfed and undernourished which reduces your immune systems ability to fight illness.

Primed Fruit Muffin Top

My son Christian recently was asked to bring in 20 cookies for his classmates to celebrate the last day of a certain subject. Of course, we would never serve what we know to be harmful ingredients such as grains, sugar and vegetable oil, so we created a Primed Fruit Muffin Top for a healthy snack that I am told by the 20 discerning 12 and 13 year old’s was delicious.

Muffin Top Ingredients3

1 cup raw almonds that you grind into almond meal/flour
1 and 1/2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup raisins – chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots – chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of coconut oil

7 ripe bananas
6 eggs
coconut oil to grease muffin tray

1. Grind your almonds into flour and your dessicated coconut into flour too. We make and store both of these items with the almond flour stored in the fridge and the coconut flour stored in the freezer.

2. Chop your apricots and raisins into smaller pieces.
