The Power of Primed

For his company “Biggest Loser” contest (should be called biggest health winner) Alex lost 22 pounds the conventional way over 8 months.

Then, upon listening to his daughter Krystel (who I taught at Enderun Colleges) tell him about Primed he followed the food principles (there is a lot more meat on the bone than just food for great health) and LOST AN AMAZING 33 plus pounds in 3 weeks before weight  in.

Primed Malunggay Pesto – Cool recipe from Imelda

I love all things malunggay. It is a true super food that should be consumed by all Filipinos weekly (daily would be better).

Indeed, one cool way to get all Filipinos healthier would be to mandate that they eat malunggay daily (along with eggs) and get more sunshine on their skins (umbrellas only if it is raining).

Wowie, wow & wowie! After just 1 week since our Primed seminar. Ancy lost 5 kilos already. Whole team is THRIVING.

As promised, I gathered all feedback from the team re being primed since the Primed seminar last Friday November 11th.  Have a read.
Apo – No major difference yet in my body but I don’t get hungry that quickly. From Chad – this is critical and a huge change. Hunger is a bad sign. lack of hunger is a great sign. If you eat properly and at the right times why would you be hangry?
Anne – Feeling lighter and more active.  I am more awake at mornings and sleeping better.  Also, I can now wear my old pants. Yay!
From Chad – A better sleep means a better life. Sleep is crucial critical and very important. Haha.

Primed Egg Stack of Wilted Greens, Buttered Mushrooms and Olive Tapenade

We loved our Roma holiday and I found it easy to stay Primed. By planning ahead and having accommodation with a kitchen it allowed us to prepare our own Primed food.

We did a lot of walking around Roma and always ensured we had a satiating, nutritious breakfast before we head out.

Here’s an example.

Ingredients:

– mushrooms

– eggs (preferably free-range)

Super Fun Primed Seminar at Chad’s Place – Loved the day with Ancy, Ana, Em, Jeff and Apo.

Once you go Primed I will do whatever it takes to ensure your success.

We MUST succeed. We owe it to ourselves and our families. Enough of letting the greedy hospitals, big pharma, big food companies, big sugar drink companies, simple prescription scribbling docs, big gym etc. take all our cash.

Once Primed you spend your money on yourself with great holidays and not hospitals, drugs, carbage food and drinks, supplements etc.

With Ancy and team we started the day with the sun and gratitude. Cool.

We prepared and enjoyed a delicious, nutritious and filling brunch.

Our Primed Green Smoothie was full of great ingredients like ginger, garlic, turmeric, pepper, malunggay, mixed greens, coconut milk, walnuts and love. Recipe here.

We woke up with super great news!!!!

Ahhhhhh…… just so happy to share it with you. Leo’s A1C dropped down to almost normal. He started with a1c 6.9 on meds. After 3 months on primed diet, a1c went up sky high 7.7. His doctor got mad. She wants Leo to take back all his meds to protect his kidney. Leo said give me 3 more months…

And guess what…… aic now…. normal…. yahooooo!!!!

I read that we should use small plates to lose weight. Haha. We never, ever count calories. That is a waste of time and pointless. We just eat nutritiously & deliciously when hungry. Simple. Coconut Oil fried Eggs with Kimchi & Cheese. Primed Cinnamon Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk. Eat real food and you’ll reach your ideal weight (with other Primed environmental factors in place too).

Delicious Primed Green Curried Cabbage with Tuna for Breakfast.

Here are some other ideas for breakfast besides eggs. You could add chicken, good quality bacon or your other favorite items to this dish. Broccoli would be nice too.

Cabbage head

Lots of chopped onion and garlic (I added some tomatoes to this dish)

Primed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Coconut milk or cream (see here how you can make your own)

Being Hangry is a Bad, Bad Sign

Hunger means the following:

H – Have not eaten enough quality nutrients despite “loading” myself with “food”

U – Undernourished despite being overfed

N – Nutrient deprivation affects your bodies ability to repair itself = poor immunity

G – Grumpy person always searching for more food due to being HANGRY!

E – Energy deprived due to lack of quality energy from your food and constant digestion

R – Really not maximizing your potential in life due to poor food choices. Really not mindful due to always being hungry. Really supporting companies and institutions that do not care if you are sick and/or prefer you to be sick.
