So far as of this week we have decided to cut down on the consumption of the Chatime and the Starbucks. Within next few weeks we should be able to eliminate that soon. I can fit some of my older shorts and pants.
I am trying to spend more time with the kids doing different activities such as reading books, playing nerf gun with my daughter. I am trying to start the exercise that you showed me but I decided to try basketball again so I can get under the sun at the same time. Last Saturday me and ems did about 20 mins of boxing it was quite a workout that we enjoyed.

“I was recently interviewed on the topic of personal change. The reporter asked me one of the best questions I have ever been asked: “what is the best small change you have ever made in your life?” I love this question. For most of my adult life, I always considered myself “reasonably healthy”. Today, looking back, I am embarrassed about how ignorant I was. I was treating my body terribly. That was evident on a daily basis. For years, I struggled with bad skin, being overweight, frequent heartburn and late-afternoon energy crashes. Worst of all, I just accepted this as a part of life. I never realized that what I was drinking and eating was causing this pain all along.

As I write this, I am in the best shape of my life: ideal weight, clear skin, abundant energy, and no more heartburn. I never realized that this was possible for me.   9. Once Jen looked and felt better then she really knew that most of what we have been told is total bs. Myths like avoiding the sun are incorrect. Running Safety in Polluted Manila

I have always thought people wearing masks were a little bit “different”. I thought I would never be a masked wearer.

However, after running 16km one night from Pasig/Ortigas area (near Capitol Commons and Ultra) to Bondi & Bourke in Legaspi Village then home again with the mask on I was converted. See image below of what should be a white cover.

I have since run to and from my house into Makati at varying times of day and also on the weekend. I minimize running on Edsa by using side roads in Rockwell area, the Fort and along Pioneer. As you can see, the results are shocking.

If I remember it correctly it was the 14th of April when you visited us at Malandag, Sarangani and introduced us to the Primed lifestyle. I weighed about 9.5kgs/21 lbs heavier back then.

-The first two weeks were challenging as my body was just starting to get used very minimal carbohydrate and sugar intake. I felt tired most of the time and had little energy.
-As soon as I got to adjust with my new eating habits, I was able to totally get rid of sugar and bad carbos (bread, pasta & noodles) in my diet. I felt more energized and there was mental clarity.

I loved teaching at Enderun Colleges. I loved my now Primed colleagues like Udo and Martha (and Kenny, Calvin and Laura too).

Primed Ravi is Doing Great for Himself and His Family

Ravi is rocking his new Primed Lifestyle.

It was worth running 16km in the rain yesterday to learn he has now lost 10 kilos, has his blood sugar under control, has more energy, enhanced confidence, has lost 2 plus inches off his waist and is a fabulous role model for his daughter Mridubashini. She is gorgeous.

The Primed Kitchen/Dining Rules are pretty simple. Just eat real food.

Eat: Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Nuts and Berries.  Use only Olive Oil and Coconut Oil. Quality cheese is ok. Kimchi & fermented foods rock. Seafood and eggs are excellent sources of nutrition for non-vegetarians. 🙂

Drink: Water, Green tea, Coconut Water, Coffee, Wine occasionally.

Do Not Eat: Sugars and Grains (same as sugar) and Processed foods. No white potatoes and no GMO corn. No soy and nothing low-fat. Limit beans, peas, white potatoes, and peanuts.  No bad toxic oils such as veg/seed oils like canola, sunflower etc.

Do Not Drink: Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, Fruit juices, Juiced drinks, Beers, Spirits with a Mixer, Sports Drinks etc.
