Bagna Caude Sauce ROCKS

Bagna Caude Sauce ingredients

Ingredients are super simple for Bagna Caude Sauce:

  • Butter – grass fed is best. Like Anchor.
  • Anchovies in olive oil. NEVER toxic killer veg oil like canola.
  • Garlic. Can be shaved or over roasted with turmeric.
  • Olive oil. Not veg oil which is a heart attack inducing cheap as chips crap ingredient.

 

Below I roasted garlic in the oven after tossing it in Virgin Coconut Oil and adding turmeric, pepper and Himalayan salt.  Delicious on its own too.

“Primed changed my way of living. 

  • Now, i have 8-10hrs of sleep.
  • My digestion had improved. Before, i excrete every after 2-3days but now, i excrete every single day. It feels great!
  • When i was still eating rice, even brown rice, i always had struggles on maintaining my BMI. But when i started going primed, even i dont workout, my BMI is good. I have the ideal BMI.

I always love catching up with these cool and crazy Primed sisters!

  • They are thriving with their Primed Lifestyle with extra energy and better sleep. That’s a BIG tick after just a week. Both look healthier already.

Was so happy with them I bought them some 72% dark chocolate from Bacchus. For next week I have a challenge for them and only 1 will get the chocolate. Haha.
