“Hi Chad, I just like to say thank you for introducing primedforyourlife to us. Since we have started to be primed it has changed our life for the better.
We are now healthier and stronger. Before we were Primed we usually gain weight after a long race, most specially if its more than 21km. We often eat a lot after each and every race have joined. In 2014 and 2015 were able to join races almost every month thus it helped in a way in burning the food that we have eaten. Until the we started to follow primed on the 4th week of October 2015. Since then we have never looked back.”

“This picture shows I gained 10lbs in just almost 4 weeks. Cardimax (50km) was in September and RUPM(42km) was in October 2015. After the Cardimax race we just ate and ate as for some reason our body seemed to be just asking and asking for food.”
It was a joy to represent Soleus Philippines in the Financial Run on May 29th 2016.

I ran my 10km Race during the Financial Run in a fasted state (just lunch the previous day). That’s because I am a fat burner. My friend Primed Rose Ann is a fat burning beast too. We are not constantly hungry. We are satiated with our nutritious food. We do not live to eat. We eat to live.

Please turn conventional dietary advise upside down.
The primed Lifestyle does and people reclaim their health. Hence, avoid low-fat chemical garbage, avoid soy, trust that grains = sugar = inflammation and lead to disease, do not even polish your shoes with Vegetable Oil and shun processed carbage made by big food as cheaply as possible so they can con you with their marketing.
I love Korean food and seek out Korean stores where ever I travel. There are many excellent Korean shops in Makati, near our new home in Pasig/Ortigas and even in Davao when I visit the cool Primed staff of NEH Philippines.

My 2 favorite items to buy are Kimchi and Nori Sheets.
I also love other types of seaweed like Kelp.

They make the fabulous Primed Kimbap Wraps.
NEH Philippines cook Devine and I made some for their staff which they loved.

Primed Juress rocks. An inspiration to her family, friends and colleagues alike.
Juress is rocking her new Primed Lifestyle and has lost 4 kilos already (in less than 3 weeks). Not through lots of exercise but by eating real food.

Juress never touches Toxic Veg Oil any more but uses Coconut Oil. That’s great.

Please try and avoid giving UGLI food to your loved ones as it harms their energy, body and brains. UGLI is Unnatural, Glycemic deranging, Low nutrient & Irritating/Inflammatory stuff (cannot even be called food).
UGLI stuff = TOXIC veg oil (from seeds), sugar, GMO soy, low fat stuff, grains (usually equal poisoned seeds of grasses and sugar) and highly processed disease agents (where they dump veg oil, sugar, grains and soy).
