Hence, avoid low-fat chemical garbage, avoid soy, trust that grains = sugar = inflammation and lead to disease, do not even polish your shoes with Vegetable Oil and shun processed carbage made by big food as cheaply as possible so they can con you with their marketing.
Just eat real food and support real food farmers like banana farmers in Davao. 🙂

The Low-fat era was an error. Need proof? Look around and see how many people are not as healthy as they wish to be.
Except the ones going Primed/LCHF and eating nutritious, delicious, anti-inflammatory food that normalizes then reduces their blood sugars whilst building their immune system. That’s cool.

What Energy Tank Do You Want?
A sugar tank is tiny and burns low quality fuel. It causes inflammation and slower recovery. A fat tank is 25 times larger, is anti-inflammatory and is best for a longer and better life. No comparison right?
Sugar harms your children (and you). No doubt about it. The sugar spikes and crashes hurt their bodies and brains. It could also lead them to become Overfed and Undernourished which reduces their immune systems ability to fight illness. Did you know that bread, pasta and noodles = sugar in your body?
Loving your family is more than words. It’s actions. Sometimes it means saying no. It definitely means leading by example. You don’t have to be perfect. Just make more conscious decisions and eat more real food with real flavor.

It does not have to be expensive. Just keep it real. I now eat quality, real food and am healthier, fitter and happier than when eating UGLI food.
Cheapo carbs will never, ever be the answer for sporting performance or life.
How can consuming inferior nutrients ever be the answer? They simply spike your blood sugar, cause inflammation, reduce your immune system functioning and harm you.
Worse still is they harm your family as they follow your misguided road to health. They too will eat the same inflammatory, low nutrient dense foods you eat. Ouch.
Examine why you do your exercise. Is it for positive health outcomes? If so then excessive training (harming your cortisol levels) and excessive blood sugar inflammatory carbs is a fools errand.
The high carb era will be known as the high carb error.
Once Primed you know how to be healthier and it is an easily sustained lifestyle.
You get off your meds (that pour oil on your metabolic fire) and all your blood works (like key cholesterol markers) improve.
