Primed Chewy Green Smoothie

This great Primed Chewy Smoothie is in honor of Chewy. He is the cute dog pictured below. Just looking at him makes you smile.

I named it Primed Chewy Smoothie because the only way you can “drink” it is to chew. It is actually delicious with a creamy coconut finish that is made even better knowing how well I am feeding my body and mind. I had my Primed Chewy Green Smoothie before a lunch meeting with a potential Corporate Wellness client because I wanted the nutrition to better fuel my positive energy and thoughts.

Remember that for proper digestion you must chewy your food well.

Power Breakfast for a Great Day

Breakfast is my most favorite meal of the day but is also good to have at lunchtime! If I am exercising in the morning I tend to do so in a fasted state and eat my breakfast somewhere between 9 and 11 am depending on when I finish training. So, I recommend to eat any of the items below at any time of the day, not just in the morning.

A good breakfast sets you up for a successful day so your body and brain get optimal nutrients.

For those people who say they don’t have time for breakfast we have some great recipes that take between 5 and 10 minutes to prepare.

Our Primed philosophy is to ensure every meal is nutrient dense with great vitamins and minerals, causes minimal inflammation, has a minimal effect on spiking your blood sugar levels, is filling, satisfying and tastes great.

Primed Boiled Eggs – The Secret to Easily Peeled Perfect Eggs

Buy Organic Eggs from Cubao Farmer’s Market or Your Local Market

So, just find quality eggs at your local Farmer’s Market and buy them. Our household of 4 consumes around 6 dozen eggs per week. My cholesterol is most excellent too by-the-way. I eat a lot more eggs now compared to what I did in 2013 and my results have improved a lot since then.

Please see the following with my cholesterol results, some youtube information and further cholesterol explanation. Cholesterol letter.

Please see here from author, neurologist and 30 year clinician and scientific researcher Dr. David Perlmutter as to why Eggs are indeed healthy. It is called “Whole Eggs vs. Egg Whites. Which is Healthier?”

Primed Sushi of Cauliflower Rice, Spinach, Cucumber, Carrots and Pink Salmon

We love Seaweed in our household. It is a crisp, flavorful snack, ideal in soups, salads, stir-fries and also with Primed ingredients rolled to make Primed Sushi for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Seaweed is green vegetation that’s been marinating in mineral-dense seawater for its entire life, and when you eat seaweed, besides being a good source of fiber you get the best source of iodine (helps keep your metabolism up), plus magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, and tons of other trace minerals that you might be (probably are) missing out on. Seaweed also includes protein, antioxidants and omega-3 fats.

“Seawed also contains a range of indigestible polysaccharides that have the unique ability to bind to heavy metals (like lead, mercury and radium).  They then pass through the gut without being absorbed, and consequently any toxins picked up as they pass through are excreted”. Renee from Planet Organic, U.K.
