Why not challenge yourself and try a new recipe you haven’t done before?  You could try Ratatouille, Chef Cyrille’s wonderful Bouillabaise or even his exceedingly popular Primed Carbonara Pasta made with Squash (not pasta!).

Primed Roast Lamb with Roast Squash and Garlic

We love Lamb in our household. Either NZ (where I was born) our Aussie (where I mainly grew up) is great for us. Lamb is a great source of easily digestable high-quality protein that provide all the essential amino acids. Lamb is also high in Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12 and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

Serve your Lamb with delicious roasted vegetables and you have a nutritious meal for your family. We also love using the bones to make our bone broth soup.
