Primed Guilt Free Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Chocolate ice cream is often a guilty pleasure we all enjoy but try to limit so as to avoid excess kilos on our butts and hips. What if you could have a guilt free Primed Chocolate Ice Cream indulgence? Please see below a recipe using nutritious ingredients that is easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Coconut milk
1 Cup of water (I made 2 types where the other one had 2 cups of water and no coconut milk)
1 & 1/2 Cups of Walnuts (can use almonds or cashews)
2 Tablespoons of Pure Cacoa Powder
1 Cup of quality honey
Cinnamon (optional)
1 Tablespoon of vanilla essence
1/2 Teaspoon of Sea salt
Other ingredients that are possible include bananas, macadamia nuts and other spices to name a few
Method:
1. Simply blend all the ingredients together
2. Place in a container then put in freezer for 2 hours
3. After 2 hours pull out your half frozen ice cream and whisk vigorously and then re-freeze till ready to enjoy
