Primed Joan’s Super Zoodle Frittata Recipe

joan-zudle-frittata
Ingredients:
  • olive oil,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 large green zucchini,
  • a few glugs of coconut milk,
  • sea salt,
  • fresh black pepper,
  • rocket leaves (to serve)
  • Optional: chili flakes and some cheese
Method:
  • Turn your oven on to 180 celsius.
  • Spiralize your zucchini or cut them into really thin strips. I use the Gefu Spirelli Spiral Cutter Spiralizer which is super handy. If you think it’s too much zucchini, it’s probably not as the volume shrinks when cooked!joan-zudler
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs together, pour in the coconut milk until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • In a saucepan pour a little olive oil then the zucchini. I used some tongs to just toss them around. Allow the water from the zucchini to evaporate.
  • Pour in the egg mixture and use a fork to just wiggle the eggs around to allow thorough cooking. Top with cheese and chili flakes if using.
  • After a few minutes (I use my gut feeling as a timer) transfer the pan to your oven to cook the top.

When it’s all puffed up and there’s no sign of runny eggs, it’s time to serve! I like serving it on the pan to give it a classy feeling 😉

Serve on top of some rocket leaves (I like to spray with some olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor).

Primed Korean Quiche with Kimchi and Duo of Seaweed

I personally love Korean food, and the people too. I have been several times with Enderun Colleges, went to the wedding of our friends Suzanne and Jason Koh and always seek out the best Korean shops where ever I live and visit on holiday. Having just moved to Pasig I am glad we have some cool Korean shops near us.

I met Russel at our local Korean shop late in 2015 and was delighted to learn he lost almost 6 pounds in 3 months when I saw him again in early 2016. Russel told me he followed the friendly Primed advise I gave to him and his colleagues that evening in 2015 as I bought some kimchi and soju. Russel said he also has a lot more energy and is less hungry having gone Primed. Cool.

In Honor of My Korean Friends Worldwide Here’s Primed Korean Quiche

Shout out to OnYoo, Butler (Kyle Shin), Jason Koh, Bori Kang, Tinsa (technically Vietnamese), Mandy Park, Anna Lee, Soojin, Boram Kim, Grace Lee, Glenn Kim, Winnie Kang, Caleb Han, Jinny Choi, Samuel Ham, Jane Moon and all my other friends.

Butter Re-Fried Primed Omelette for Better Health and Weight Loss

Here is one of my favorite Primed egg recipes that you can prepare ahead of time to make your life easier. A lack of planning and forethought are usual reasons for taking a poor nutrition option. This way you are better prepared for life’s food challenges.

You can cook several Primed Omelettes with many Primed ingredients and simply re-fry in delicious butter the following day. Remember, quality fat makes you healthy and highly processed grains, sugar and vegetable oil make you unhealthy! Please see here for other items that are perfect to always have stocked in your fridge.

Here’s how my newly Primed client Etta described her re-fried Primed Omelette: “Delicious! I was so excited to wake up and have breakfast today. I felt so full and satisfied right up until lunch. Amazing. Thanks Chad.”
