Primed Dr. Annabelle Nutrient Loaded Green Smoothie

I am inspired, excited and delighted. Dr. Annabelle is rocking it.

Yes, there are improvements to be made but wonderful results are eye-popingly obvious.

I personally noticed the following:

  • Looks at least 10 to 15 years younger;
  • Glowing skin;
  • More vibrancy in her eyes and demeanor; and
  • Confidence in the Primed program and knows her next steps for continued improvements.

Dr. Annabelle said:

  • A lot more energy;
  • Improved sleep;
  • Less aches and pains;
  • Constant blood sugar levels of less than 100 (means less inflammation);
  • Happier with peace of mind regarding her nutrition;
  • No rice at all but needs to totally eliminate grains which she finds addictive;
  • People are noticing her increased zest for life;
  • People commenting that she looks very healthy; and
  • Her memory is improving. Wow. That’s huge.

Ingredients:

Annabelle Smoothiefi

  • A lot of greens. Fill your blender with pechay, parsley, romaine lettuce, malunggay, spinach, kangkong, cabbage etc.
  • Ampalaya is a great blood sugar reducing vegetable to add.
  • Fresh ginger and garlic (the more the merrier but optional. You can build these quantities up over time).
  • Coconut milk or coconut cream.
  • Water or coconut water.
  • Spices like turmeric, pepper, Himalayan salt or cinnamon.
  • Banana (optional).
  • Frozen berries (optional).
  • Seeds like pumpkin seeds and chia seeds.
  • Nuts like walnuts, cashews and almonds. You can soak your almonds in water overnight then drain, add more water and blend. this would make almond milk.
  • Super foods like Spirulina.

Amazing Tess and Tricia in just 7 days Primed.

It is not always about the before and after picture. Yes, it is nice to see the physical changes and maybe even get a 6-pack.

However, more important is your metabolic six-pack, how you feel personally and your state of mind. Do not worry about the scales and concentrate on how your food makes you feel.
In just 7 days Tess does not have a 6-pack nor even a metabolic six-pack.
But what she now has is a brighter and healthier future. That’s HUGE. Oh, the metabolic six-pack will come soon enough. Especially seeing Tess is letting food be her medicine.

Victor Magno is Rocking His Primed Lifestyle

Three cheers for Primed Victor Magno. Losing weight is a simple side benefit when compared to having more energy, better brain functioning, less aches and pains, more confidence and being a fabulous role model to friends, family and colleagues.

Victor is now nourishing his mind and body properly so as to build his immune system and therefore FIGHT DISEASE and not feed it. That’s cool. Victor will live longer and live better. That rocks.

Jenel is an MMA World Title Champion on the Primed Lifestyle

I first met Jenel last December, just a few short weeks before his MMA World Title fight on January 16th 2016.

We discussed the Primed Lifestyle with the whole team and how it would aid their recovery, improve performance and longevity in their chosen sport. We discussed how we would help them switch over from burning sugar to burning fat.

I explained how they would become fat burning machines with 50,000 calories of stored energy compared to tiny tank sugar burners with a teeny weeny 2,000 calories! Sugar also causes inflammation and can lead to disease. Grains equal sugar in your body.

Primed Warm Spinach and Sardine Salad

The reason the Primed Lifestyle is simple and easily maintained (eventually) is that it is not expensive, can be done any where, tastes great and you can maintain it for the rest of your life.

Here’s a cool recipe that I made for myself whilst on holiday in Switzerland using just a few of my favorite ingredients.

The picture on the left is Zermatt 2015 and 1987 on the right.

Ingredients:

Olive Oil

Sardines in olive oil (can use mackerel, tuna or even anchovies)

Spinach (or fresh, seasonal greens)

Fried egg

Pieces of cheddar cheese (optional)

Warm Spinach and Sardine Salad

Method:

  1. Simply open the can of sardines and use the olive oil to saute your spinach in. Ensure this is done at a low heat. Or saute the spinach in coconut oil, butter, lard or ghee.
  2. Add in your sardines.
  3. Add in a fried egg.

The Corregidor Island marathon, half marathon and 10km race are held every January and I am so glad we now know exactly what we will be doing every year on that Saturday (full marathon) or  Sunday (other distance) come January.

1. The Wholesome Table is Simply Awesome – 10/10

The food is always good and my children love their drinks.

I am also a fan of the owners Juan and Bianca Elizalde. They rock. You will not find white sugar or artery clogging vegetable oils on their premises. Why? Because they genuinely care for their customers and use coconut oil.

Love it that there is now a branch near us at Capitol Commons (as well as BGC and Salcedo Village).

Ronald is Primed and Loving It – His Family Too

Ronald rocks. He is a great family man with a big heart. I am so proud that the Primed Lifestyle is helping make this top man’s heart stronger. Oh, his brain too. Doubly proud that because of Ronald’s great decision his family is also getting healthier too.

We ate no bread but kept the butter to add into our food. Of course we had real food and not fake food like bread, pasta, noodles and other sugar cheap carbs.

Here is a 12 Point Summary of What Ron Said

1. Ron researched Primed LCHF after sustaining an injury training for triathlons because he wanted to ensure he would not gain excess weight. Ron had previously mistakenly believed that he had to exercise a lot to maintain a healthy weight but was soon to learn differently.

Here is some of the delicious real food Ron ate to lose weight and regain health.

2. Ron found his food to be very filling and satisfying. Hence, he was not hungry at all and ate less.

3. Ron’s Acid Reflux disappeared. Cool.

4. Ron lost weight despite not exercising at all.

5. Ron’s inspiration was his beautiful family. He is pictured here with his beautiful wife Romina. Ron started his Primed/LCHF journey in March 2015.
