Primed Chicken Parmagiana with Zucchini Noodles

Chicken Parmagiana is an Australian favorite. We used to love ours with fries when we were younger. Vegetable oil soaked fries are potentially deadly so we avoid those, but our whole family still loves chicken topped with home-made tomato, onion & garlic sauce with grilled cheese. What’s not to love about that?

Ingredients:

Zucchini noodles ingredients

Tomatoes (sliced medium thickness)
Sharp cheddar cheese

Primed Gourmet Pizza

I love a good pizza and even sold gourmet wood fired pizzas in my restaurant in Brisbane for 3 years. Traditional pizza is out as the grains/wheat flour are not part of my Primed Lifestyle.  However, I created a delicious and healthy Primed Gourmet Pizza with Broccoli and Cauliflower Rice as the base.

The toppings are up to you of course but I used the traditional Salami, tomato and cheese for the recipe below.

Primed Bone Broth for Super Fueling Your Body & Mind

All you need to make a fabulously healthy Primed Bone Broth is left over bones (chicken, lamb, beef etc.), water, vegetables (including peeled veg and trimmings) and some herbs and spices. Put it in a pot, slow cook for a number of hours and you have a nutrient dense meal suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bone Broth, or Stock, is a hot item in the health world at the moment with only Coconut Oil and Intermittent Fasting being equally popular. The reason for its popularity is due to the wonderful nutrients for your mind and body for an inexpensive price.

Primed Chicken and Pork Adobo with Added Greens

I know Filipino’s LOVE their own cuisine. I also love Filipino dishes such as Primed Kinilaw with Extra Vegetables, but find some do not incorporate enough nutritious vegetables and are overly reliant on rice as a base.

I will try to create delicious and healthy Primed Filipino dishes by substituting non-Primed ingredients with Primed ones, as well as adding non-traditional ingredients to make them a better fuel source for your mind and body. Adobo is one of my favorite dishes so I’ll start with a Chicken, Pork and Wilted Greens Adobo.

Primed Salmon and Zucchini Burgers 3-Ways

A delicious Burger is a nutritious food item you can enjoy as part of your Primed Lifestyle.

My favorite Primed Burger when dining out is the fabulous grass-fed beef burger at The Wholesome Table in BGC. To make your burger Primed simply ask the wait staff or chef to add salad and/or vegetables instead of the highly processed GMO chemically enhanced bun and artery clogging “vegetable” oil soaked fries.

The Wholesome Table Berns lunch

Here is an easy to make and delicious Primed Salmon and Zucchini Burger you can make for yourself and your family. I previously used Tuna and Squash to make my Primed Patties.
