DJ Serr Chief dropped 5+ Kilos in 3 weeks and also all Hypertension meds.

I first met DJ Serr Chief in mid-August at the V81 radio studio and we hit it off straight away. He decided to trust Primed Chad and went Primed straight away.

On the first day we met I did a survey on the health of Serr Chief

The points to note is that Serr Chief had the following:

  • Poor skin quality (he rated his as 6/10)
  • Poor stomach definition with obvious visceral fats
  • Lack of energy in the morning (6.5/10) and afternoon (6/10)
  • Poor outlook on his health at only 5/10 due to anxiety/stress issues
  • Eyes lacked vitality and rated at 7/10 by Serr Chief
  • Sleep rated 8/10
  • Overall health rated 8/10
  • Taking Hypertension meds (what are the side effects?)
  • Hungry at night
  • Exercising 4 times a week for 1 hour
  • Had a Triglyceride to HDL ratio of a high 5:34 (with 2:1 acceptable and 1:1 ideal -mine is .3)
  • Triglycerides of 187 (way too high)
  • HDL of 35 (too low)
  • LDL and Total Cholesterol (not really relevant in my opinion given the importance of the ratio mentioned above)

After Just 3 Weeks Here’s What happened:

Serr Chief has lost 5.2 kilos and is now 55.5 kilos down from 60.7 kilos.

  • Skin quality improved (now 9/10 from a lowly 6/10)
  • Stomach improved with obvious visceral fats going (hence 5.2 kilos gone)
  • A lot more energy in the morning (now 9/10 from 6.5/10) and afternoon (now 9/10 from an unacceptable 6/10)
  • Amazingly improved outlook on his health which is now 10/10 when it was only 5/10 due to anxiety/stress issues
  • Eyes now have vitality and now rated 8/10 when only at 7/10 by Serr Chief before. he is using his glasses less.
  • Sleep improved and now rated at 9/10 when previously rated at 8/10  3 weeks ago
  • Overall health improved and now rated at 9/10 when previously rated 8/10

  • Was taking Hypertension meds. No more DRUGS.
  • Will save over half a million pesos in his life time by not taking these drugs any more.
  • Was hungry at night and not any more
  • Not exercising as much as previously (4 times a week for 1 hour) with more time in the kitchen and walking in the sun.
  • Had a Triglyceride to HDL ratio of a high 5:34 (with 2:1 acceptable and 1:1 ideal -mine is .3). Will share the new ratios when we get the results. 🙂 They will show lower Triglycerides and higher HDL.
  • Serr Chief loves his new Primed lifestyle and knows he can maintain it for the rest of his life.
  • Serr Chief’s Mum will also go Primed in Bacalod. Cool.
  • His sister May Flor and brother-in-law Jed are now Primed.

So, what did Serr Chief do to get healthy?

He ate real Primed food like seafood, eggs, quality fats like coconut oil, green veg and other Filipino veggies.

He avoided fake food like grains, sugar, veg oil, soy, packet carbage, potatoes, corn legumes and sugar drinks.

Join the Stand Up Desk Revolution and Live Longer (Hopefully!)

Leading a sedentary lifestyle and sitting down excessively is said to be as bad for your health as smoking. The simple message from a lot of health professionals is the longer you stand, the longer you live. When I am at NEH Philippines in Davao I use their banana boxes under my computer to ensure I stand more.

You cannot simply exercise away your sedentary work habit of sitting all day as your exercise will not undo the damage done by excessive sitting.

Regular Intelligent Fasting is not a magic bullet for health.

It could be part of a strategy for wellness that includes what foods you eat, what poison carbage to avoid and lifestyle factors such as getting quality sunshine on your body as often as possible without getting burnt.

You must be healthy and well nourished before even thinking of fasting. Most are not unfortunately, so getting proper nourishment from your food and environment MUST be your first action.

  • Fasting whilst eating low quality disease agents (grains, gmo soy, sugar, sugar drinks, toxic veg oil, low fat any thing and processed stuff) is very foolish. It will make an Undernourished person even more so.
  • It is as fool hardy as doing extra training instead of getting proper sleep.
  • It is as silly as doing lots of exercise and fueling it on the non-foods mentioned above. It is a perfect recipe for getting older and sicker faster.

“Hi Cynthia, it is easy. You personally fast every day = Overnight whilst you are sleeping. So, just extend it either by skipping dinner or breakfast. Or both. Only do it when you are so happy and satisfied with your food that you can do it with ease.

By practicing fasting you redefine hunger. It is a great way to reset and recalibrate. Drink water, have black coffee even with some VCO, have tea, have apple cider vinegar with water during your fast. You must stay hydrated.”

The best recipe that sums up the Primed Lifestyle is Primed Vegetable Kinilaw. It is delicious, nutritious, filling, not expensive and very convenient in that you can make it in bulk and add various flavors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

Filipino Kinilaw ingredients

Lots of chopped onion, garlic and ginger

Lots of tomato and cucumber

Lots of other vegetables that could include:

  • Radish
  • Okra
  • Bitter gourd/ampalaya
  • Pomelo
  • Dragon fruit
  • Zucchini

Lots of fabulous liquid:

  • Apple cider vinegar (can use coconut vinegar too)
  • Lemon/calamansi juice

Nurse Tom’s abs will be out soon!!!!

Nurse Tom from NEH Philippines has has dropped more than 3 kilos already by avoiding fake foods and drinks. Of more importance is that he looks and feels great. Tom is living his life with more zest and energy. Yippie.

Primed Jen Has No More Headaches or Dysmenorrhea. She Has More Energy & Confidence.

Once Primed you lose quite a few things. Examples include:

Jen was suffering from headaches, poor sleep, poor skin, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), lack of confidence, lack of energy and lack of a positive outlook.

In summary, Jen was not looking great and she was not feeling great either.

So, what changed?

These things changed in Jen’s life:

  1. She decided that she was sick of being sick and tired of being tired;

  8. Once Jen got over her sugar addiction she craved even more proper food;
  9. Once Jen looked and felt better then she really knew that most of what we have been told is total bs. Myths like avoiding the sun are incorrect. Primed Maiko and Dane are Doing Themselves Proud. That is a huge accomplishment. :)

Here’s what I posted to facebook the day Maiko and Dane committed to going Primed:

“Yippie. Another family is going Primed. Maiko Kanahashi Romley and Dane will be more vibrant & energetic. The Primed Lifestyle is a lot more than just food.

Food is vital but just one fourth of an optimal, Primed life. Maiko and Dane now know and I’ll ensure successful implementation of the Primed protocols. So glad another one of my former Enderun students is going Primed like Pinky PugaKevin Jingco and Jericho Farineau. That’s cool. 🙂

So, how’s it turning out for this fabulous Primed couple so far?

  • 27 pounds have disappeared between them. Wow. That is a lot. imagine lugging all those extra pounds around?;
  • Maiko has dropped 2 (almost 3) dress sizes;
  • Dane has dropped 3 dress sizes (joking!);
  • Dane is now fitting into his old shirts that he could not fit into before;
  • Dane and Maiko had to buy new cloths because the old ones were too big (no need for those bad boys any more because the Primed Lifestyle allows you to keep the excess weight off long term);
  • They could afford new cloths because they are saving money on their grocery bills every week (no need to buy brain and body destroying carbage –but don’t tell big food, big pharma, the hospital etc. because it will affect their profits!);
  • They both have a lot more energy to enjoy life;
  • They have more positive habits like walking, cooking, yoga, spin classes, massages etc.

  • They feel less hungry, only eat when hungry and will try regular intelligent fasting to see if it suits them (please do not try this if you are a sugar burner who is by definition Overfed & Undernourished);
  • Are not exercising themselves into the ground but simply using their extra energy for pursuits they enjoy;

  • They have more focus at work and therefore are more productive and accomplish more (this is why smart companies are going Primed);
  • Have more confidence and a brighter outlook for their wonderful future.

Delicious Home-made Primed Fruit, Nut & Seed Malagos Chocolate Squares

I love great Filipino companies/products like Malagos Chocolate in Davao. Along with Primed Centrifuged Organic VCO it is one of my favorite ingredients. Imagine combing them both? Deliciousness ensues!

Ingredients:

300 grams Malagos dark chocolate

2/3 cups of Primed Centrifuged Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

1.5 cups of Pumpkin seeds

1 cup Walnuts

1.3 cups chopped Apricots

1 cup Raisins

6 tablespoons of Coconut sugar
