INGREDIENTS
Fresh prawns
Onion and garlic
Bagna Caude sauce with recipe here
Bagna Caude sauce is simply a combination of olive oil, grass fed butter, mashed anchovies and roaster / shaved garlic
Bok choy
Broccoli
Okra (optional)
Pepper and Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
METHOD
Clean and steam your broccoli and bok choy
Clean and wash your prawns
Chop and saute your garlic and onions in your Bagna Caude sauce
Have your Bagna Caude sauce on hand. is simply melted butter with olive oil, anchovies mashed together with grated garlic or roasted garlic
Add your prawns to your Bagna Caude sauce sauteed onion and garlic

Here is a simple way to enjoy cabbage with your favorite Primed ingredients.
Ingredients
Whole head of cabbage
Other Primed ingredients to wrap inside your cabbage like
Eggs
Bagna Caude sauce
Oven roasted squash, onions and garlic
Sardines in olive oil
Down to Earth grass-fed beef chili con carne
Okra
Steamed egg
Home-made tomato sauce
Cheddar cheese
Etc.
Method
Pretty simple really. Steam the cabbage till leaves fall off. Set aside.
Add favorite ingredients inside the individual cabbage leaves and fold over
You can use a tooth pick if you wish
Then once you have your rolled cabbage “siomai” then simply steam, oven bake or fry in VCO or Bagna Caude sauce

Some of my favorite ingredients are great fats like butter and olive oil. I also love green veg and anchovies and garlic. Here you have a super dish comprising great carbohydrates and even fruit (tomato is a fruit).
Ingredients:
Home-made tomato sauce recipe here . Please, never a store bought one or if so then check ingredients carefully.
Our home-made tomato sauce is simply onion and garlic sauteed in Organic Virgin coconut oil and then with lots of chopped, fresh tomatoes.
Use your zudler to zudle your zucchini. Can also just use a knife to cut into thin strips to suit you.
Home-made Bagna Caude sauce recipe which is simply butter melted with olive oil and mashed/shaved garlic and anchovies added and mixed together.

Could also zoodle carrots and / or squash/pumpkin.

Here is a super nutritious, delicious and easily prepared Primed dish. It includes quality fats, protein and carbohydrates.
I personally never touch cheapo carbos like bread, pasta, noodles, white flour, crackers, muffins etc. because they are poisoned with glyphosate before harvesting.
I prefer energy and nutrient dense foods.
