Pressure Cooker Onion and Cabbage with Sardines

Ingredients:

  • a lot of onion
  • a head of cabbage
  • Himalayan/sea salt, pepper, turmerc, maca root powder from Roarganics
  • sardines
  • coconut milk or cream
  • green vegetables (good carbohydrates like cabbage)
  • a pressure cooker (we bought ours inexpensively from Ansons)

Method:

  • Saute your onions in Primed Organic VCO or butter or ghee as you see in picture above
  • Add your spices like chili, turmeric, pepper and Sea/Himalayan salt
  • Add your cabbage and stir
  • Add your Roarganics super food like Maca Root Powder (optional of course)

Recipe From Cookie De Guzman- Lugue:

“Dinner tonight…Shrimps sauteed in EVOO and garlic, seasoned with Old Bay Cajun Spice/Himalayan pink salt/pepper. Veg mix is Sitao and cherry tomatoes sauteed in VCO with onions and garlic, seasoned with Garam Masala/Sumac/Himalayan Pink Salt/Pepper 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 #imbentobutprimed #primedforyourlife

Sitao and Cherry Tomatoes Saute

3 tali sitao (about 7 sitao per tali)

1/4 kg cherry tomatoes

1 large onion (sliced)

5 garlic cloves (minced)

3 Tbsp VCO

1-2 tsps Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp Garam Masala (or Cumin)

1/2 tsp Sumac (optional)

Heat oil over high heat. Saute onion till fragrant. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add sitao. Cover with lid for 2 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes. Season. Cover for another 2-3 minutes. Serve.

Sleep is also known to enhance your memories and help you “practice” and improve your performance of challenging skills. In fact, a single night of sleeping only four to six hours has been proven to impact your ability to think clearly the next day.

What factors help you sleep? Get more sunshine…..have a bed time….. less TV…. This is an ESSENTIAL aspect of the Primed Lifestyle. I start thinking of my sleep that night as soon as I wake up.

Super proud of both my darlings this morning. Lauren and I had so much fun running in the @soleus_running Dance Fest with William Flores. We both ran in a fasted state with a steady pace that was a little faster at the end.

I am also proud of Christian for deciding at 4am that he needed more sleep. Nothing is more important than quality sleep. All the magic happens in your body and brain while you sleep. Sleep is the key to longevity. Everything about the Primed Lifestyle revolves around sleep.

I personally try and perform Acts of Random Acts of Kindness whenever and wherever possible.
