Primed Omelette of Broccoli and Sardines
Ingredients:
- Eggs, Sea salt or Himalayan salt, pepper, turmeric
- Broccoli that has been steamed
- Sardines in olive oil (preferably in a glass jar and not a can. Never in toxic vegetable oil)
- Butter or Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) for frying

Method:
- Simply mix 3 or 4 eggs and whisk
- Add in salt, pepper and turmeric (we add these spices to almost everything)
- Heat pan with VCO or butter
- Add egg mix and allow to cook on low heat until eggs start to firm up like below left
- Then simply add your Primed ingredients on to one half of the eggs like above right
- I pre-mixed the broccoli and sardines together in a bowl before spooning onto the eggs
- Then simply use a spatula to fold the empty side of the omelette over the ingredient loaded side
Additional:
- Seafood like sardines rock for brain health and green veg are cool too
- You can have lots of rocking combinations like malunngay with home-made tomato sauce, tomato sauce and cheese, laing and tuyo, spinach and fresh tomatoes, ham and cheese etc.
- For optimal brain health I recommend good seafood and a nice quality green carbohydrate like kang knog, spinach, broccoli etc.

Glenn has lost 22 plus pounds, Rosette 5 pounds, Ivan is thriving and the staff are enjoying their Primed journey. Was told “Thanks again Chad, we learned A LOT from you again.”;
2. Run to Urdaneta Village to chat to the 79 and 75 year old Mum and Dad of my newly Primed clients. Was told “They are excited and informed.” Cool. Primed clients have lost 10 plus pounds already and are feeling energized and optimistic;
3. Newly Primed clients at Urdaneta Village are so cool and caring their staff are included in all trainings. 2 lady house helpers have lost pounds, are less hungry, less tired and feel a lot better;
4. Ran back to The Wholesome Table BGC for a great lunch with super cool Primed Andy Pope. He looks younger every time I see him. Great skin and vitality too;
5. Ran to ADB to see 3 Primed clients there with all rocking it. Extra energy, better sleep and moods;
6. Learned my top chef couple in Denmark are thriving with hubby already shredding 5 kilos in a month and feeling great (watch out for some fabulous recipes he is kindly sharing with us);
7. Received this message from a beautiful Primed lady “Hi Chad! Wanted to share that I already lost 39.6 lbs since end of September 2016. Just 11 more to go before I reach my idea weight. ๐ Thank you so much!”
Then this follow up: “Sorry it is 44 lbs not 39.6. ๐ And yes I would send you these soon. ๐”
8. Received this message from my mate Victor: “Got more serious w my Primed lifestyle. Lost almost 2 lbs since our lunch 3 days ago. ๐ Will see you Wednesday for my Primed VCO”
9. Found out my 2 darlings are on the school honors list for their first semester; and
10. “Wow, 6 kilos gone from Dale.” This is just since last December when we met at The Wholesome Table BGC.
