Once you are eating and enjoying fresh Primed produce that contain high levels of vitamins and minerals required for a healthy mind then you must drink enough water.

This is essential for a healthy life. Even more so if you live in the tropics and get lots of GREAT sunshine on your skin like I do (and you should).

Water does not mean garbage Sugarade drinks, fruit juice, soda etc. It means the best quality water you can afford.

Primed Recipe of Baking Soda, then water and then Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingredients:

Apple cider vinegar, baking soda and water as shown below

Method:

  • Add a very small amount of baking soda to your coconut cup or glass.
  • You can build up as you get used to it.
  • Beware that it can have a laxative effect! I call it wooshka!
  • Add your water and stir a little.
  • Add some Apple Cider Vinegar. Again, start small and build up.
  • It will fizz a little so do not over fill your cup.
  • Do not go too hard too early so build up quantities of baking soda and ACV
  • Remember, drinks taste better in a coconut cup
