I made this fabulous cabbage dish. One was pure vegetarian and the other I added sardines in olive oil.
Ingredients:
Cabbage
Onions and Garlic (the more the merrier)
Himalayan salt or sea salt
Pepper
Primed organic VCO or Avocado oil
Salemipina tomato sauce or home-made tomato sauce
Sardines (optional or your other favorite protein or even other vegetables like okra)
Love (I always cook with love because I want the people I care about to be nourished by what I prepare them)

John lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks and lowered his dose of insulin.
I have lost almost 5 pounds and i have stopped taking vitamin D since i got a daily dose of natural vitamin D from the sun.
So far so good.
I get a good 8 hours sleep most days except when i have odd shifts at work.
More energy definitely.
We are grateful everyday for God’s love and abundant blessing. Primed.

I was so happy to catch up with Primed Gen today. Auntie Aleta rocks big time and together with Nia they are all thriving.
Gen told me she feels better, more energetic and stronger now. Her skin, eyes and vibrancy have visibly improved since I saw her 2 weeks ago.
Youngsters Nia and Gen are rocking it because their Mum / guardian is fabulous. We must help ourselves first to then really impact and help the ONES WE LOVE.
