The staff have to also be willing to change and try something new.
It is as simple as eat more eggs, green veg, seafood and quality fats like coconut oil to start with. More Primed protocols help ensure you go to the next level after this. The Primed staff at NEH Philippines know food is number 4 on the health equation and exercise a lot lower down.
The Primed Lifestyle is as simple as having fun in the sun and eating real food. More sun and no fake food, friends etc.
Spend more time developing your brain than your muscles. Exercise is not key. Good to do once you have fixed your energy and sleep. Not essential. Read real books.
You must help yourself first before you can help others. The cool staff of NEH Philippines are doing EXACTLY that.

Apo – No major difference yet in my body but I don’t get hungry that quickly. From Chad –
this is critical and a huge change. Hunger is a bad sign
. lack of hunger is a great sign. If you eat properly and at the right times why would you be hangry?
Anne – Feeling lighter and more active. I am more awake at mornings and sleeping better. Also, I can now wear my old pants. Yay!
From Chad – A better sleep means a better life. Sleep is crucial critical and very important. Haha.

Chad Davis I told you bro. Being hungry a lot is a bad sign. Now you have more room in your brain to do other more productive things. Diba? Haha. Cool man. Maintain and improve Sol.
Sol now eats real food like Primed Filipino Veggie Kinilaw. I added Davao pomelo & okra. Also radish, ampalaya, onion, garlic, ginger, cucumber, tomato, acv, olive oil and lemon juice. It is going to be epic. I made a huge batch that can last in my fridge for 3 weeks easily. Will add boiled eggs and sardines when breaking my 24 hour fast tomorrow. I get to sleep better now.
I can feel my metabolism has improved. lost 2 inches on my belly already. I want to continue doing this silently and maybe tell my story 3 months from now. Thank you for the chance to learn a lot from you. Primed.

3. Tried the Primed protocol technique you suggested to avoid alcohol
and been sober since that email in spite attending several gatherings that includes a LOT of alcohol! It was tough but I feel good since after several hours I was the only one sane during those gathering with friends:-P. Hopefully, I can continue this. Thanks.

In just five months since i started my Primed life, I am losing 13 kilos (since lost more and up to 30 pounds already).
I stopped eating rice in the morning and in dinner.
I also stopped eating breads and slowly avoid soft drinks.
Now I am more active than before… thank you Chad…
Tata from Sarangani Provence used to lug around an excess 13 kilos (28.5 pounds). That’s a lot. That’s heavier than all of these text books of my daughter Lauren.
No wonder Tata is happier.
He has a lot more energy for his children Jana & Ian.
He is a better Dad.
He is living a better, more energetic life. Go Primed and life improves.

Nurse Tom from NEH Philippines has has dropped more than 3 kilos already by avoiding fake foods and drinks. Of more importance is that he looks and feels great. Tom is living his life with more zest and energy. Yippie.
Tom has cut back on his rice (is actually sugar in your body) and is eating more greens. Cool. By eating more nutritiously (and deliciously) Tom has more energy for work and play. With more energy Tom can enjoy great activities like trail walking.

Tom has more energy to enjoy the beauty of nature and avoids fruit juice which is also sugar like sugary Gatorade and inflammatory sugar soda stuff. Why do they put toxic veg (seeds actually) oil in Gatorade?

If I remember it correctly it was the 14th of April
when you visited us at Malandag, Sarangani
and introduced us to the Primed lifestyle
. I weighed about 9.5kgs/21 lbs heavier back then.
-The first two weeks were challenging as my body was just starting to get used very minimal carbohydrate and sugar intake. I felt tired most of the time and had little energy.
-As soon as I got to adjust with my new eating habits, I was able to totally get rid of sugar and bad carbos (bread, pasta & noodles) in my diet. I felt more energized and there was mental clarity.
-I drink plenty of water daily
