The reason Primed/Paleo/LCHF/Wheat Belly Lifestyle is on everyone’s lips at the moment is because so many people want to be healthier and are realizing that there is no magic pill, no healing potion and not even running ultra marathons will get you healthy. Sometimes doing too much exercise makes things worse.

However, in the case of running machine Rose Betonio she found a good food formula to augment her love of running.

Rose’s new Primed Lifestyle allows Rose to run fast, recover faster and still be a healthy, dynamic and energetic person with a killer smile!

Rose Benito

The Primed for your Life Lifestyle is basically a delicious recipe of paleo real food principles, Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint, Lower Carb with Higher Healthy Fat/LCHF together with the Wheat Belly Lifestyle where individuals discover what real food ingredients work best for them whilst avoiding modern toxins like grains, sugar and veg oil.

Primed Chicken Parmagiana with Zucchini Noodles

Chicken Parmagiana is an Australian favorite. We used to love ours with fries when we were younger. Vegetable oil soaked fries are potentially deadly so we avoid those, but our whole family still loves chicken topped with home-made tomato, onion & garlic sauce with grilled cheese. What’s not to love about that?

Ingredients:

Zucchini noodles ingredients

Lasagne3

Chicken Thigh (no bones)
Tomatoes (sliced medium thickness)
Sharp cheddar cheese
2 Zucchini
Salt & Pepper
All spice
3 Eggs
Almond flour
Coconut oil

Chicken Parmagiana2

Method:

1. Cut your zucchini into strips as shown below and steam for 10 minutes.

Le Bron & Kobe Would Never Have Fries With That

People Who Would Never Touch Fries (I am making an educated guess)

LeBron, Kobe and Novak Djokovic know that fries cooked in vegetable oil can be deadly seeing they immediately constrict your arteries upon eating them. They all follow the Primed/LCHF way of eating real food.

Similarly, celebrities like Jessica Biel, Megan Fox, Matthew McConaughey, Miley Cyrus and Gwyneth Paltrow want to maintain a healthy mind and body so they too would avoid anything cooked in vegetable oil seeing it is but a molecule away from being plastic!

Primed Marc Lost 35 Pounds in 3 Months but Found Extra Energy!

Marc is one of my best friends. He is a cool, tall, German guy who has made his home in the Philippines and is working hard to improve the care for the elderly here.

Marc D article

Marc Daubenbuechel in Business Mirror. Its an article about his stay and work here in the Philippines.

How Did Marc Lose 35 Pounds?

Marc lost his 35 pounds by eating real food and not through endless, fruitless exercise. Marc eliminated most of his cheap, processed carbs (still sneaking in the occasional beer and pizza every now and then though) like bread, pasta, noodles and crackers. He eats lots of healthy carbohydrates though like spinach, kangkong, beetroot, carrots etc. Marc did buy a bike and can be seen riding around Santa Rosa every now and then.

So, How Does Marc Go To The Next Level?
