I love great quality eggs. Primed omelettes rock but a simple steamed or boiled egg is cool. I steam my eggs for 9 minutes then put them in an ice bath.

Here is a great snack that you can easily make
We love nori and all forms of seaweed. This is a simple snack that is delicious and nutritious. We also love kimchi.
Ingredients:
Nori sheets (available at local Korean mart or even supermarkets)
Avocado oil (we get ours from Basic BNBI Solutions Ph. 656-6229)
Himalayan or sea salt
Can use other oils like Coconut oil or even olive oil provided you do not get your pan too hot)
Can even use butter and vco or olive oil combination
Method:
Simply heat pan gently over low heat
Add your avocado / VCO / olive oil
Add your nori sheet for a second
Turn using tongs
Remove and salt
Cut into bite size pieces

Quality carbohydrates like cabbage rock.
Here is a simple way to enjoy cabbage with your favorite Primed ingredients.
Ingredients
Whole head of cabbage
Other Primed ingredients to wrap inside your cabbage like
Eggs
Bagna Caude sauce
Oven roasted squash, onions and garlic
Sardines in olive oil
Down to Earth grass-fed beef chili con carne
Okra
Steamed egg
Home-made tomato sauce
Cheddar cheese
Etc.
Method
Pretty simple really. Steam the cabbage till leaves fall off. Set aside.
Add favorite ingredients inside the individual cabbage leaves and fold over
You can use a tooth pick if you wish
Then once you have your rolled cabbage “siomai” then simply steam, oven bake or fry in VCO or Bagna Caude sauce
