That Paleo Show Podcast featured Primed for your Life

Dreams do come true. Ever since creating the Primed for your Life Lifestyle in late 2013/early 2014 I dreamed about being on That Paleo Show podcast. The reason is because That Paleo Show was instrumental in getting me from being a “fatish”, unhealthy triathlete/person into a healthier one.

I will be forever grateful for the passionate, real food advocates who enlightened me on how to optimally nourish my mind and body. It then inspired me to follow in their footsteps and share my knowledge so as to help even more people.

I am over joyed that Primed for your Life will also be featured on Low Carb Conversations with Jimmy Moore, Dietitian Cassie and Friends which features conversations with a variety of voices in the Low-Carb, Paleo and Real Food movements, expressing many different points of view. Jimmy Moore also has almost 1000 podcasts on Jimmy Moore’s Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb show and is a definite idol of mine. Jimmy rocks.

What Is The Primed Lifestyle?

The Primed Lifestyle is about eating real food to maximize your nutrients and minimize your inflammation. This then helps you maintain a constant blood sugar level within an optimal range so you can enjoy more time for life. It is simply my twist on the paleo real food way of eating, combined with the Primal Blue Print of Mark Sisson, and evolving with a Lower Carb, Higher Healthy Fat slant.

What Did Reujen and I Discuss on the Podcast?

We discussed some tremendous Primed for your Life success stories where Primed clients have seen their symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, PCOS, Period Pains, Body Aches and Pains, Depression, Lack of Energy, Lack of Mental Clarity, Poor Sleep and Excess Weight disappear.

We discussed some amazing athletic feats enjoyed by Primed clients such as Rose running 160km on olive oil and nuts, Andy Pope running 50km in sub-4 hours on no carbs and Maiqui losing 30 pounds in 3 months and then easily maintaining his new Primed Lifestyle.

We also talked about Filipino food.

We discussed about my favorite Filipino dish, Kinilaw and about Reujen’s favorite, Lechon.
