We had a great Friday poolside with 14 staff from International SOS.
The ambiance was fabulous and my Primed food was a hit. Yippie.
More important was the effect of the food with staff nourished, satiated and happy.
Even more important was the life changing knowledge they all now have and understand.
Big boss Matthew said: “Thanks again for the day. Everyone had a good time and learned a lot.”


We started with goals and health self assessment. You must understand where you are at in order to consciously move forward.

The food was described as delicious, awesome, amazing, delicious and “the best”. Cool.

Some cool tactics include:
(1) Getting rid of your tv that programs you to buy / want what harms you. Spend more time outside;


(2) Having a cool 3 week check list that I update daily. My priorities / weaknesses are at the top;
The Primed seminar I gave to 200 members of junior people management of the Philippines for Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (a local university in Muntinlupa City) improved lives.

I was a little shocked and amazed when I saw a poor and “healthy” looking beggar asking for money from an obese and clearly unhealthy “rich” lady.
I see this type of situation a lot as I run / walk to Primed meetings all over metro Manila.
This prompts the question of who is “wealthier”? True wealth is a factor of health not cash or assets. Cash and things do not help much if you are diseased / unhealthy.
When I was at Enderun Colleges we donated our tips to the children at Smokey Mountain by making them food.

Perhaps it was us who needed more help because they might have been healthier than some of us?
