Fix your engine before over-training or your engine gets worse unfortunately.

If your car engine does not work properly great fuel will not help it.

It would be unwise to then drive that car a lot with its busted engine. You would fix the engine.

*** If your personal body β€œengine” does not work properly then exercising a lot is similarly unwise.

Good food and drinks help a little but do not fix the engine.

Once Primed you learn how to fix your engine through lifestyle, environment, food and drinks.

Primed Annie and Raul are Rocking their Primed life. They are cool.

“Hi Chad:
Reporting our developments of being primed for a month!

1. Raul has not eaten any CARBAGE because he knows it’s not good for him.
2. he has lost 15 lbs! WOW!
3. and lost a few cm. off his waistline. another WOW!
4. his snoring is down to signal no.1 from signal no. 4 haha what a relief

5. his blood sugar lowest at 138 but we are still working on it. it’s a lot of improvement as compared to highest at 243 before primed.
6. he does not feel hungry.
7. he has lots of energy.
8. he is not sleep deprived.
9. happily shopping for clothes kept in the cabinet for a long time, now he can fit into his “5 years ago” clothes.

oh Chad i forgot to add:
10. BMI from Class 1 Obese he is now Overweight
11. bout of Asthma is lesser and almost nil
12. his watch is now circling around his wrist and needs to have his watch adjusted.

Primed Wellness Workshop for International SOS

We had a great Friday poolside with 14 staff from International SOS.

The ambiance was fabulous and my Primed food was a hit. Yippie.

More important was the effect of the food with staff nourished, satiated and happy.

Even more important was the life changing knowledge they all now have and understand.

Big boss Matthew said: “Thanks again for the day. Everyone had a good time and learned a lot.”

We started with goals and health self assessment. You must understand where you are at in order to consciously move forward.

The food was described as delicious, awesome, amazing, delicious and “the best”. Cool.

Would you rather be healthy and “poor” or “rich” yet diseased / unhealthy?

I was a little shocked and amazed when I saw a poorΒ and “healthy” looking beggar asking for money from an obese and clearly unhealthy “rich” lady.

I see this type of situation a lot as I run / walk to Primed meetings all over metro Manila.

This prompts the question of who is “wealthier”? True wealth is a factor of health not cash or assets. Cash and things do not help much if you are diseased / unhealthy.

When I was at Enderun Colleges we donated our tips to the children at Smokey Mountain by making them food.
