I prepared a delicious meal within 10 minutes and walked barefoot to Ortigas Park which is only 1km from our unit. Definitely no sunglasses, sleeves or sunscreen required.
I used a cooler to keep the food fresh.
Our delicious Primed feast included Primed Brownies made with coconut flour.
I also prepared steamed okra (chopped), Down to Earth sardines in olive oil, lots of home-made pickled ginger and steamed eggs. Very very delicious and filling. Was my main meal for the day.

We had many great times whilst opening Circles Event Cafe. I’ll never forget the day we were packed to the rafters with a huge wait list. All tables were full and Sigi Primed a large group a table within 9 minutes. Then he came up to me and said I have to get the table within 9 minutes. Haha. Asking for the impossible….. However, when you have a great boss like Sigi the impossible becomes possible. We got them their table in 9 minutes.

Just this year, my annual physical exam results indicated the following recommendations. · For Cardiology clearance regarding uncontrolled Hypertension · For weight management and lifestyle modification (appropriate weight: 56.8-66.8 kg)
Fast forward and after your primed lifestyle talk with our team, I’m happy to report that a) I have not been taking my hypertension meds for the past 2 weeks now
b) I’m now closer to my target and ideal weight (I used to weigh 80 kg, now down to 74 kg). J

If you live a truly tropical life then maybe you can enjoy the tropical foods like banana, mango in season and rice. Most people living in the tropics do not truly live tropically unfortunately.
Here’s a simple way to still have a tasty carbohydrate base for your adobo etc. without filling up on nutrient and energy deficient rice. We need to up our energy and nutrient intake because too many are overfed yet undernourished.
I eat rice sometimes but only when I get lots of sun and when I am in prime health.
Here’s a simple picture recipe of my Primed Tropical Green “rice”
Simply sauté onion and garlic in vco or butter. Add salt and pepper (optional turmeric). Add your chopped steamed okra. Add chopped fried egg. Viola. Too easy.
You can then use this as an alternative to your white rice. Or add your rice into this base dish.
