Primed Seafood and Vegetable Kinilaw for breakfast before 24 hour regular intelligent fast. Picture recipe.

I always have Primed Vegetable Kinilaw in my fridge. It lasts for many months.

Ingredients include onion, garlic, ginger, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, semi-dried tomatoes, carrots, radish, pickled ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Other ingredients can include mushrooms, zucchini, olives etc.

I then added oysters in spring water, sardines in olive oil and grapefruit into my breakfast bowl.

I could have added kimchi, steamed eggs, cheddar cheese etc.

I ate my Primed breakfast in the sun as I did my gratitude and positivity journal.

My tea included a special collagen from my friend Zeala Cortez.

Sam and I are both loving our Fountain of Youth collagen. We also love doing our cold thermogenesis too.

This big Primed breakfast will be my last meal until tomorrow morning.

It will not be my last nutrition/ energy input because I will get energy direct from the sun and grounding energy.
