Butter Fried Avocado with Hot Smoked Trout, Sardines, Cherry Tomatoes, Semi-Dried Tomatoes and Kimchi

Ingredients:
  • Butter
  • Avocado
  • Hot Smoked Trout
  • Sardines in olive oil
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Semi-Dried Tomatoes
  • Kimchi
  • Turmeric, pepper, sea salt, garlic

Method:
  • Fry trout skin in pan and enjoy for breakfast with some fried eggs.
  • Add butter to the pan then fry avocado pieces
  • Add cherry tomatoes
  • Add turmeric, pepper, sea salt and garlic

  • Add all your ingredients into a big bowl and mix together

Best enjoyed outside with a positive friend. Picnics rock.
