
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Avocado
- Hot Smoked Trout
- Sardines in olive oil
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Semi-Dried Tomatoes
- Kimchi
- Turmeric, pepper, sea salt, garlic
Method:
- Fry trout skin in pan and enjoy for breakfast with some fried eggs.

Add butter to the pan then fry avocado pieces

Add cherry tomatoes

Add turmeric, pepper, sea salt and garlic

Add all your ingredients into a big bowl and mix together

Best enjoyed outside with a positive friend. Picnics rock.
