Primed Mussels, Oysters, Sardines, Grapefruit and Vegetable Kinilaw. Then 48 hour fast. Will get grounding and sun nutrients / electrons.

Here is part of my big Primed breakfast before my 48 hour fast. It will be the last time I eat electrons through my mouth.

*** I will get electrons / energy through my feet (grounding) and skin (sun’s energy).

I get food electrons via electron chain transport when I eat food. I also get electrons without eating as mentioned above.

Primed Mussel, Oyster, Sardine, Grapefruit and Vegetable Kinilaw.

I added mussels, oysters, sardines, cheddar cheese, grapefruit and black olives into a bowl.

I always have Primed Veg Kinilaw in my fridge. It lasts for months.

Ingredients include onion, garlic, ginger, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, semi-dried tomatoes, radish, pickled ginger, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

I then combined about 8 table spoons of my Primed veg Kinilaw to my seafood bowl.

It was delicious.

I enjoyed this dish in the sun as I filled in my gratitude and positivity journal.

Here’s how I use my grapefruit peel.

It has been a fabulous week for me so far.

(1). Tom went Primed in Queensland. We had a great skype chat. Tom knows that food is a max of #4 on his path to optimal health. Exercise not required. Definitely no meds, no supplements and never calorie counting.

(2) Hannah bought my book and said this.

(3) Sam has done 10 days in a row of CT and is joining me with our regular intelligent fast.

(4) My friend Rafa said this:

From Primed Rafa: “Robert, I highly recommend Chad Davis. He has been my mentor since my university days and he has done nothing but help improve my life every single day. He pushes all of us to get BED (better every day). Trust him and his lifestyle. I love being PRIMED!!”

(5) I love getting grounding energy.

You even get grounding energy when you pat a grounded dog.

Or put your palms on a tree.

(6) I love my son Christian. He is 18 today.
