Here is part of my big Primed breakfast before my 48 hour fast. It will be the last time I eat electrons through my mouth.
*** I will get electrons / energy through my feet (grounding) and skin (sun’s energy).
I get food electrons via electron chain transport when I eat food. I also get electrons without eating as mentioned above.
I added mussels, oysters, sardines, cheddar cheese, grapefruit and black olives into a bowl.

I always have Primed Veg Kinilaw in my fridge. It lasts for months.

I always have Primed Vegetable Kinilaw in my fridge. It lasts for many months.
Ingredients include onion, garlic, ginger, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, semi-dried tomatoes, carrots, radish, pickled ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Other ingredients can include mushrooms, zucchini, olives etc.

I then added oysters in spring water, sardines in olive oil and grapefruit into my breakfast bowl.


I could have added kimchi, steamed eggs, cheddar cheese etc.

Hence, the sun helps blood flow to all your vital organs especially brain and heart. Blood initially comes to the surface of your skin (dermal pooling) via nitric oxide. I have eaten all of the items below. I will probably eat some of them again.
The Primed Lifestyle is not about being perfect. It is about listening to what is right for your body and brain and doing better.
I do not feel bad that I was duped into thinking Sugarade was good. Or that breakfast cereal with skim milk was ok. On the contrary, I am so happy that I now know better and do better. This book is my way of sharing what I have learned so as to help others.
When considering what you eat remember that you are what you eat ate.
