We have to improve our lifestyle for our children’s sake. They need love, but also for us to set a positive example in terms of how we live day to day.
Did you know that your body recognizes and processes grains the same way as it does sugar? Limit/avoid grains and sugar.
To put it simply, eat proper food just like your grandparents used to do. Eat healthy saturated fats, protein and complex carbohydrates in vegetables and not cheap, processed ones like pasta, noodles and bread.
Please never use vegetable oils, margarine and so-called healthy low-fat foods. Use butter, quality bacon fat, coconut oil and olive oil.
The above is not food. It is frankenfood. Eat nutritiously so as to maximize the fuel of your body and brain. This then reduces the inflammation in your body and reduces the likelihood of you joining the millions with cancer, obesity, diabetes, heart disease etc.
