Firstly fry your cut nori sheets in olive oil or oven bake with sea salt and olive oil.

Whisk 3 eggs and add turmeric, pepper and sea salt. Then bake it on a large pizza tray that you have oiled with butter or organic virgin coconut oil.

Once you have firmed up your eggs in the oven add your nori sheets.
