How’s this for dinner. Bangus back fillet sauteed with VCO and seasoned with Basil Moringa salt and pepper. Topping is homemade Pesto (basil, parsley, arugula, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper….basil and arugula are also grown at home πŸ˜‰). All on a bed of Kangkong sauteed in VCO with garlic and onions and seasoned with Himalayan Pink salt and pepper πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Dinner…Veggie Kinilaw with Homemade Spanish Style Bangus…the kinilaw is reallllllllly yummy!! I added an extra splash of VCO just because πŸ˜‰

Fried fish, kamote tops, and green mango salad for dinner. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d enjoy this combo without rice. But to my surprise, I loved it. Absolutely satisfying, no need for kanin!
