Le Congolais  is a nice pastry that you might enjoy with your coffee or tea.

Le Congolais

Good For 24 Pcs of 10 g each

Ingredients:

3pcs Egg White
60g Coconut Sugar
50g Melted Butter
60g Desiccated Coconut (to see how easy it is to make your own see our Banana Pancake with home-made coconut flour recipe)

Method:

– Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
– Using your fingers, make some small triangles and place them on your silicone mat .
– Bake them for 5 mins at the temperature 150 degrees celsius .

Et Voila !  Wait For them to cool and enjoy your Primed CongoLais!
