Primed Luis from GN Power has more energy. Energy is life.
Luis:
- Is avoiding eating late food for better overall digestion and improved use of energy whilst sleeping for better repair and recovery;
- Is a lot less hungry;
- Is loving his gratitude journal;
- Is drinking a lot more water;
- Has lost 3 pounds already which indicates his body is responding well to his Primed changes;
- Is enjoying his eggs;
- Has a cool strategy of eating a big breakfast so he fills his energy tank for the day so he will be less hungry later in the day;
- Because Luis is less hungry he is thinking of food less. Hence, he is thinking of his work, family and colleagues more;
- His pants are more loose;
- Is using his increased energy to spend more quality time with his family;
- Is using his increased energy to do push ups. Luis will do these more outside in the sun and try eccentric routines. This means doing less quantity but improving quality by going more slowly on the way down of his push up;
- Has taped his mouth before bed and enjoyed it. His wife said he is more still whilst sleeping;
- Has tried tongue scraping but is less necessary when doing mouth taping at night. Nose breathing ROCKS;
- Luis is loving getting more sun and has browner skin. #brownskinrocks;
- Is sleeping earlier and better. Luis wakes more easily now which indicates his sleep quality is vastly improved;
- Is far more lively, energetic and ALIVE.

Primed Roel has gratitude. He rocks. Roel is very smart already and getting smarter. Wow. So cool. So happy. He wants his staff to be Primed too. Yippie.
Cool Author Roel:
- Has not had rice since going Primed on June 6th. It is not that rice is so bad. It is that Roel can eat better nutrition for his brain and body with green veg, eggs and seafood. Your individual context is critical. I personally eat rice occasionally now that I am healthier with improved Primed habits. Just because I do does not mean you should. It depends;
- Because of his more nutrient dense and energetic food Roel is a lot less hungry. He is more nourished and therefore is thinking of food less and helping others more;
- Roel no longer uses sleeve arm covers when he bikes. This allows him to get more energy from the sun on his arms. It is also stored energy for repair when he sleeps;
- Is preparing to write his 24th book due to being more energized and said he will write a little dedication to me and the Primed lifestyle. Wow. I am honoured. So cool that Roel has such fabulous gratitude. That is big;
- Roel is inspiring his family members and staff;
- Roel cares so much for his staff that he wants them to also enjoy the benefits of being Primed. They will also be more productive too;
- Roel has improved energy and is more productive;
- Roel has better mental cognition and is generating better ideas;
- Roel has lost 2 pounds off his belly and will keep losing more with his great habits; and
- Is loving the sun and sleeping far better. The sun on your skin helps you sleep. Sleep is life and life is sleep.

Cassy minus 5 pounds with less exercise. Better sleep, skin and helping family and friends. Fabulous.
Cassy:
- Is helping her friend Sushmita to eat more energy and nutrient dense food when they have lunch;
- Has improved sleep habits and sleep quality;
- Loved her weekend in the sun in Subic and felt great;
- Is eating more quality food with less low quality carbs like bread, pasta and noodles. Green vegetables are quality carbohydrates;
- Her family are enjoying the Primed recipes like Primed Vegetable Kinilaw;
- Has restricted eating much food after 6pm. This is smart regular intelligent fasting. No need to count calories. Eat very well with the best way during daylight hours in line with your circadian rhythm;
- Is no longer experiencing bloating or constipation;
- Has lost her 5 pounds in 3 weeks with less exercise than previously and despite less sunshine energy due to rainy season;
- Is enjoying her food with more eggs and vegetables consumed; and
- Is recommending the fun Primed lifestyle to her friend. That makes me very proud.

Primed Jhona, Marvin and children are thriving with their fun Primed lifestyle. Their GN Power colleagues too.
Jhona, Marvin and family:
- Marvin is sleeping a lot more soundly and enjoying improved vitality in the morning as a result;
- Marvin is no longer snoring;
- Their son Jairus has not had an asthma incident since going Primed (the sun and environment play an important role here);
- Are less tired;
- Have improved moods (especially in the morning);
- Are les hungry which equates to more satisfied and satiated;
- Are loving water and no longer drinking juices;
- Are enjoying saving money. Their new fun lifestyle is seeing them spend less;
- They all have more energy and vitality;
- Their sleep has improved vastly. Now sleeping a little longer with improved quality;
- It used to be difficult to wake up but is now far easier; and
- Are enjoying eating more eggs and other Primed recipes.
