Sometimes small changes can have a very big effect.
Cassie’s changed their cooking oil from TOXIC vegetable oil like canola to virgin coconut oil. This is a great change. Coconut oil is excellent and a tropical, Filipino product.
Roel has improved energy and productivity
As a result of Roel’s more energy dense food inputs Roel has more energy. Roel will use this improved energy to be even more productive at work and at home.

FANTASTIC changes made by Luis already:
1 Expressed sincere thanks to me and his bosses for his new, life changing Primed knowledge. Gratitude is critical.
2 Is limiting his food after 7pm for improved circadian rhythm. This allows more energy for repair and regeneration whilst sleeping instead of digestion.

Luis ate 10 eggs for breakfast one morning much to the shock of the others in his household. Luis was then able to educate them as to the benefits of eggs. Eggs are great energy and nutrition. Eggs rock. My record is 46 eggs:
LUIS HAS IMPROVED ENERGY. THIS HELPS HIS WORK PRODUCTIVITY AND SAW HIM PLAY WITH HIS SON ON THE WEEKEND INSTEAD OF SLEEPING. THAT’S HUGE.

Great Changes for the Children of Jhona
• No fruit juice in their lunch boxes but water. Water together with sunlight is what powers our mitochondria which produce all our energy. More water is critical.
• Earlier bedtime for her children. Sleep is critical for the health of our bodies and brains.
Plong has made fabulous changes already. They will have a big impact.
