2017 was fabulous for myself, my family and so many Primed CHAMPS. Not without challenges of course but we learn and get stronger from them.
I want 2018 to be even better for me, my family and Primed people past, current and future. This is my passion for continual self improvement.
Your New Year’s Eve resolutions will be made but why wait till then? To ensure an improved you in the new year start on Friday December 8th.
Starting now you can make the rest of your life the best of your life. It is up to you.
You will be healthier and happier. You will get younger and fitter in mind and body!
Follow these key ingredients to ensure your 2018 is the best ever.
(1) Write out your work, life, fitness etc. goals and ensure they are somewhere prominent.
- Whenever I meet new Primed clients they must start a Gratitude Journal and write out their goals.
- Only once these goals are established and believed can we go about the how to.
- A how to without the why is useless.
- Your passion and purpose are key drivers for your success.I personally want to:
(a) Help over a million people improve their life through the Primed Lifestyle;
(b) Get into more meditative practices and maybe yoga (see here from cool Primed Johan);
(c) Spend more quality time loving and enjoying my beautiful family;
(d) Do more Nitric Oxide dumps, do a one armed pull up and / or push up and enjoy nature more;
(e) Do/use more: Lemons, fasting, laughing, gratitude exercises, public speaking, company speaking, networking, hugging, standing and walking;
(f) Get more spice in my life!
(g) Do Primed seminars all over the Philippines and at least 5 other countries.
What are your goals? You have a better chance of success if you write them down and let people know.
(2) Keep a record of all your food, beverages, sleep quality, sun exposure and exercise as a constant reminder to yourself to get up the good work.
This is important and a great habit for you to do that will aid you to successfully reach your written goals. If you then have a friend or coach to be accountable to then that is a great bonus.
I record all my food and drinks daily in my Gratitude Journal.
(3) Get an excellent Wellness Coach
This person will have specialized knowledge and have your interest at heart. He would be the type of person who would run 20 km just to see you and check on you.
I love teaching my Primed clients the why to eat Primed and also helping them with the how to. Please do not be shy to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org text at 0929-421-2148. What do you have to lose? Besides excess fats and all your medicines. Haha.
(4) Don’t be too hard on yourself – Listen to your body and brain.
if you slip up but add to your notes/log about how bad and sick it made you feel (include the sugar addiction element with the sugar high followed by the sugar crash).
This ill feeling can manifest in headaches, joint pain, foggy mind, lack of energy, lack of quality sleep, bad skin and irregular bowel movements to name a few symptoms. Hopefully this then motivates you to avoid the bad junk “foods” that made you feel bad. Critically food is only #4 in the Primed road to optimal health which is why your lifestyle and environment are CRITICAL
Great food at the wrong time is no longer great. What created that food in the first place?
(5) Celebrate your success
and buy yourself a new top when you reach a milestone (or dinner celebration at a great organic restaurant like The Wholesome Table). You probably saved more than the expense by not buying that food like substance any way and will definitely save on doctors bills, pharmacy expenses for drugs and hospital visits too.
(6) Ensure you have a great sleep
because sleep is life and life is sleep. Prioritize this activity like your life depends on it. Please be aware that you only get smarter, repair, fight disease, remember better etc. WHEN YOU HAVE GREAT SLEEP.
EVERYTHING about the Primed Lifestyle is geared to optimal sleep. This helps lead to better immune system functioning and better brain functioning among the hundreds of benefits.
Remember this about sleep:
- Remember this if you are told it is in your genes (that is simply not correct 90% of the time). The saying below should say your food, drinks, lifestyle and environment (summarized as lifestyle I guess) pull the trigger.
If your issues are lifestyle based then improve your lifestyle. Adding drugs, supplements, over-training etc. will not fix the root cause of your lifestyle issues.
