Here are a few things I am grateful for today.
I love Primed Ferdie and his cool restaurant Hai Chix & Steaks and his fabulous family. Primed Isa rocks big time.
I also love Chef Ferdie’s Primed Breakfast of Garlic Butter Prawns with Bok Choy and a fried egg.
I love that a Primed family took over one year to go Primed but are now thriving and love it. They love it so much that their employees are also Primed. Cool.
I love my own Primed journey because it has made me a better teacher.
I love helping the cool staff at The Wholesome table. They rock.
I love cool nurses Agnes and Darlene and that they are loving their Primed life in the US.
I love my family. I love being a Dad and a husband.
I love that I used to drink wine and beer but have given up for almost 11 months (except for a small slip when in Roma).
I love that my hair is now thicker and stronger than ever. I love that I am smarter, stronger and happier without wasting time over-training. I also love Primed Lovely and Ciara, Oscar and their two darlings.
I love Primed Dax in Singapore.
I love Primed Nicole and Bart in Denmark.
I love my Mum and am so proud she reversed type 2 diabetes, hypertension and obesity (16 kilos or so) Primed.
I love Primed Judith here in Manila. Also her family. 🙂
I love Primed Kimbap Wraps.

The Final Word:
I love my Dad and am so grateful he and my Mum adopted me and my brother from New Zealand.
