Simple and tasty recipe that will last me through a busy day. This will be my only meal for the day as I will run from Pasig to Makati, to BGC, to Makati then to Pasig. Will be roughly 24km. I will eat again tomorrow for a 24 hour regular intelligent fast.
Ingredients:
- Onion, garlic and broccoli
- Grass fed beef from Down to Earth
- Atchara
- 4 VCO fried eggs
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Chop the 4 fried eggs into pieces.
- Sauté onion and garlic and add steamed broccoli. Chop into pieces.
- Put butter into pot and heat grass fed beef with broccoli, onion and garlic.
- Add chopped eggs and atchara and stir.
- Enjoy.
