Love this guy. Primed Luis is losing lots of weight but gaining lots of health. Luis has more energy, better skin, is stronger, does not use sunglasses and is loving his fun Primed lifestyle.

Once Primed you learn that exercise is not the answer. It is not a good idea for people who lack energy. Definitely not for someone who is sick. Fix your engine before stressing it. I like exercise but I will never do it excessively again. Everything lost can be found again except for time wasted. What is worse?
(A) Over-training/stressing your body and causing inflammation;
(B) Training at the expense of sleep/stressing your body and causing inflammation;
(C) Eating GARBAGE “foods” whilst training/stressing your body and causing inflammation;
(D) Having garbage drinks ie. Gatorade/stressing your body and causing inflammation; (E) Training in a poor environment/stressing your body and causing inflammation; or (F) Training at all when you are unhealthy and lack energy/stressing your body and causing inflammation?
Answer is that all are bad. Exercise is not part of the Primed health equation until you fix your energy problem. Exercise ONLY once energized & never at the expense of sleep.
The worst is wasting time to be even unhealthier in the pursuit of health!
