Regular Intelligent Fasting is fun but the timing matters and you MUST be nourished first from your environment, lifestyle, food and drinks.

I ran to and from Urdaneta Village to visit Primed Abby in a fasted state and then made myself this Primed big breakfast after that.

Breakfast was an omelette of chopped steamed okra and sardines in olive oil. Also cheddar cheese. Was delicious.

I have run 🏃‍♂️ over 45km to hang with Primed Abby this week. Abby and I did some nitric oxide release exercises, gratitude 🙏 talk, positivity exercises, mindfulness and other Primed protocols. Abby is going for a trail walk tomorrow. Very cool.

Abby also received her Primed organic vco and will start vco oil pulling today for better oral health.

I LOVE 💕 visiting Primed clients. We receive oxytocin benefits which also increases our dopamine when we around positive people.

I also did extra sets of nitric oxide release, Gironda dips and chin ups.

I can do all this in a fasted state because I am already well nourished. Please do not try fasting if undernourished. Good quality food is just 25% to 30% of where we derive nourishment. The timing of your fasting is also important. Once Primed you will learn how to optimise your food, drinks, lifestyle and environment.
